I just want to say how happy we are with Miracle Ear. We go to the Rexburg Idaho office and have been working with Jim Williams. He was so good for my Mom who needed a hearing aid. She had tried several and then we went to Jim at the Rexburg office and felt he knew what he was talking about. He was able to explain the medical side of things excellently instead of pushing his product. He knew how we could help my Moms hearing which would relieve our frustrations. In the last few months as Moms hearing aids have been adjusted as she gets used to them has been awesome. He explains what he does, he helps us figure out her iPod to make sure she can hear the TV or use the Universal mode etc. it has been worth the extra because of the excellent service but mainly the excellent product that miracle ear is.It was getting difficult between Mom and I as she couldnt hear and of course had to have the TV up all the way and so I was even using ear plugs so I didnt hurt my hearing. Ive been going to Miricle Ear for 12 years. Jim Williams is the best. He has used hearing aids most of his life. He knows first hand what you are experiencing. Theres the difference.

Okay this is strange because no one WANTS to go to Miracle-Ear, but the people who work at this store are very kind, compassionate people.My father passed away about 3 months ago and my mother and I just got around to making an appointment for her at Miracle-Ear. They adjusted my Dads hearing aids to fit my Mom and made sure everything was working exactly the way it should. When I asked how much I owed them they really surprised me by telling me that there was no charge.

They have been very helpful as I am new to hearing aids. They have the parts and know how to fix anything I have problems with

I am really impressed with my experience at Miracle Ear. I received a lesson about the anatomy of the ear, followed by a complete, thorough examination. The audiologist here, unlike other audiologists, let me know what words I could not understand. I am satisfied with the hearing aid, as well as the quality hearing aid kit.
