My niece went here and had a great experience! They were willing to work with the short time she was visiting in the summer!

Tueller Counseling has been very responsive to our business, employees, and the patients that we refer to them. They have helped our employers as well as our employees with the stress of COVID 19. The world today seems to be less tolerant and unfortunately have to contend with very demanding and unruly patients. Tueller counseling always conducts themselves in a professional and steady manner. I cannot say enough good about this company and their counselors. We are grateful to have them as a resource personally but also professionally.

I have a great counselor! I am able to vent all my frustrations without the fear of being judged. I can vent anything I need to, even if the subject is normally taboo. My counselor helps to open up my mind to new possible strategies to cope with things in my life. Also, with things I struggle with, my counselor helps me to understand them better and why they affect me the way they do and helps me to know what I can do to co-existent with what has happened;past especially with things I cannot change. This place is great!

I came here for help in healing from my divorce. My counselor was fantastic. She listened very well and introduced me to healing and coping techniques which I’ll be able to use for the rest of my life. My anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms are much improved and are much more manageable now. I’m grateful Tueller Counseling was there for me during one of the worst periods of my life.

Cameron Baxter is awesome. He is great for helping to increase communication and understanding among family members. I read some reviews about payment posting issues and their accounts system is different from the Credit Card system so I would make sure you get a receipt that it was input into your account file after they run the CC. Once or twice, they almost forgot to credit us.

The councilors here are Great. Very easy to talk to.

Dont go here. They went 1.5 years without telling me that my insurance hadnt sorted it out yet. Then collections calls me and tells me they were trying to get ahold of me the whole time. Except, My number only changed a few months ago. Somebody never called and is pretending they did. Now my 750 credit score will get hit because of this incompetence.

The only reason I gave them a star is because it wouldnt let me not. We have been double billed, rebilled, reimbursed for what they overfilled us, then call months later because they are unable to find the transactions and say we owe them more money. We have had to send them multiple receipts of payment and even after this they continue to refill us months after we stopped going to them. Even then they still call asking for payments that have already been checked, rechecked, triple checked, and I am thoroughly displeased and will be contacting the BBB, because this is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous.To say the least do not go to them unless you want a huge headache and months of harassment.

The staff at Tueller counseling are awesome, friendly, courteous, helpful, and really easy to open up to, I almost forgot the atmosphere is relaxing. The only reason I didnt give it a five star review was because of a transportation issue Im having.

I attend counseling at Tuellers and also receive other services there. It helps me out with my life and the service providers are kind.(11/17/17)- Counseling is going well, CBRS Services are going well, Peer Support is going well; I have no complaints about it and am grateful for the various service providers that I have.

My peer support and counselor and the receptionist is all awesome people. 🙂❤️

UPDATE: My surviving daughter had been diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, I tried to get the diagnosis...it disappeared.IF YOU THINK TOM TUELLER CARES ABOUT YOUR CHILDS MENTAL HEALTH...THINK AGAIN!Bill collection is FAR more important to Tueller Counseling.What No apologies Tom?? Deleting my hurting sons picture and proof that Billing department chose to harass my depressed Son, Joseph Loveland, YES. But NO apologies for the most horrific loss I have ever suffered? Joseph deserved So Much Better!!! Charging him for services where the therapist was handing him LDS Conference talks and Nick was giving him absolutely horrible literature. Brandon at least got an apology!!Instead of taking small monthly payments from me. I told them that I didnt want him to know about this bill, that he was depressed and at risk. They turned down my meager payments and hunted Joseph down with a $400 bill. Earlier, when they started asking billing questions, I asked them if anything is wrong. They lied and said No. So instead of stopping his session with a disguised deficient therapist, we ended up with a huge bill. Joseph is now dead. Depression and lack of Medicaid services killed him. They also refused trade for artwork, which I was able to negotiate trades with other doctors in the area.

I like my counselor! Shes easy to work with, and makes living life in rexburg an easier thing to do.

The Program Director is very rude and unprofessional.. For being a mental health institute, she really doesnt care about the mental health of others.
