I brought a 2 year old Surface Pro 7 in to get fixed, but when I got it back it kept having issues. I brought it in several more times and the employees were continually helping me to get it resolved without an extra charge. They were patient and continually trying to help, and eventually, I got a person who actually does the repairs from the back help and he did very well. They found out a new solution and we’re willing to cover my next expense free of charge. Great service. Copper was great with my service, as well as Chris and Nick.

They were amazing, went above and beyond to help me out. The Cricket store got my SIM card stuck in my new phone so I had to pay to have Quistech fish it out. When I went to pick up my phone, they put in the new SIM card for me, then proceeded to download an app on my old phone so that he could transfer all my data to my new phone, he helped me out every step of the way and was so kind, patient, respectful and considerate, and didnt charge me for the extra help.
