This place is so amazing they made my car look brand new, they made that car smell better, they were honest and the price is definitely worth the work that they do to your car I definitely recommend going there to get your car detailed!!!! I can’t believe the people who judge and don’t give them a second chance this place was so amazing they told me that they would do the best they could and if there was anything that I wanted to be fixed they would fix it for me that made it so I was happy with what they did!!!! Definitely recommend this place it’s amazing

Not good at car detailing. I think the person that cleaned didnt wash out their rag and used it in multiple areas, because their was a film over things; parts were dirtier than when I took the car in.

Did a great job cleaning my car

My husband called for an appointment, Chris answered the phone and we made an appointment for 1:00pm to wash our trailer! He never showed up and my husband waited around all day for him! Called several times, but no one answered!! The next morning we tried calling again several times, no answer!! A phone call would have been nice to let us know he wasn’t coming or something came up that he couldn’t make it!! Total waste of time, waiting, waiting, waiting!!!!!!

I have had neat freaks detail my cars multiple times. They come to my house or my husbands work to clean it and its so convenient. They do such a good job. I always refer my friends to them!

Have a few kids so my car was pretty messy. Took it to neat freaks and they did an amazing job. What I really liked is after it was done they took me out and asked if there was anything else they could do and If it was up to my satisfaction. If you leave bad feed back for these guys its on you cause they will do the whole car again if your not happy.

If youre looking to get your car in great shape (inside and out), Id be willing to argue that there is no better place in Rexburg than Neat Freaks. Im a detail oriented guy and I enjoy doing business with professionals who share my love for detail. I found that and more with Neat Freaks... and the prices are very competitive. Our car looks better than it did when we bought it... seriously. If it were possible Id give them 10 stars out of 5

Barratt does great work! He came to my work and shampooed my car. It was super convenient because I didnt have to take the time to drop my car off and pick it back up later. He has done two of my cars and three of my coworkers cars. Super convenient and super affordable.

I had my Honda Odyssey detalied this morning by Neat Freaks and they did an AMAZING job! My van looks brand new. It was so convient to have them come to my house and clean my car while I was home working on other projects. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. Honestly, it was worth every single penny!

Had an alright experience, yes plastics pieces were shined up and the carpet and seats were vacuumed, many details like inside cup holders, inside the glove box, side storage compartments, under the seats and other similar areas were overlooked. Can’t necessarily say I was impressed. Had a very similar experience to Breanna

They did a great job at an affordable price

Felt like I had to redo everything because it wasnt done right. They arent professionals, its ran by a college kid in his garage. I feel bad writing for writing this because he tried and he probley just thinks I was a picky customer but when your gone for 3 hours and I paid you $65 ($22/hour) I expect professional and I want my car to be as clean as it can possibly get, and it wasnt. Next time I will go to a dealship and just pay extra!

Called and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 9:30. showed up at that time with no one present. Waited around and tried calling. No response and now almost 7 hours later still no response from this company
