I am so GRATEFUL I get to work at Home Care Pulse! I recently had two deaths in my family, within in a few weeks of eachother, and they put me first and let me take off as many days as I needed to take care of my loved ones. They treat their employees like family. They care about you and how youre doing. I will never be able to truly express how amazing this company, this work family is to me. When I got back to work, my team had heart attacked my office and had the most beautiful flowers and home made cookies in my office! I just appreciate them all sooooo much!
I have great experience with Home Care Pulse. My account manager is Garth Crane and he always go Above and Beyond his duties to help our team. Very professional, knowledgeable and great follow up process for any questions or concerns. Thank you Garth for all your work!
I started in the call center and later moved into the sales team. This company cultivates such a compassionate and motivating work environment. They like to hire from within, so there are so many opportunities to move up the ladder and grow professionally. They maintain a balance of hard work and fun. There is always some kind of incentive happening or event being planned. Theyre super flexible with scheduling, so its the perfect college job. The work is also fulfilling. Each role at Home Care Pulse makes a direct impact on the lives of home care recipients across the country.
Working here for the last year has been amazing. The staff is so caring and is constantly trying to find ways to show their team how much they appreciate them. I love coming into work and seeing my supervisors and colleagues.
Ive really appreciated working here. It is unique as far as calling jobs go in Rexburg because you are not selling anything to people, you are literally asking them how they are doing and how their agencies can help. You get cranky people on the phones but really the one person that tells you their caregiver is a godsend outweighs all of that at the end of the day.The company is very goal oriented and focused on making sure you can be the best that you can. They really work with you to help you improve and they want you to enjoy it. You are free to socialize, laugh, eat food and encourage others and watch movies on Mondays and Fridays! It is a really positive place to work! They offer benefits each month and you can qualify for bonuses monthly depending on performance. They definitely reward hard work and re ognize when you are trying to improve.
I originally applied to Home Care Pulse thinking it would just be a part-time job to help me get through college. Instead its turned into an awesome experience that has caused me to reevaluate my career goals. Home Care Pulse has excellent standards and as a result its easy to form lasting friendships. The leadership at Home Care Pulse strongly encourages self-development and lets the employees be creative when developing solutions and working on projects.
Home Care Pulse is simply a company that is trying to improve home health care. This company is easily the most real company I have ever worked for. The managers and admin team will listen to you and your concerns. They have created a culture of fun that is pretty relaxed for a call center and they are constantly trying to improve it.
I love working for Home Care Pulse. I have worked for them for almost a year now, and I have felt support from everyone there including the upper management. I was on the phones for 6 months, and during that time, I really appreciated the feedback that I received from the two team leads that I had. When I struggled with something, they helped me find better ways to do it and did not put me down in any way. As I took their advice, I improved, and I was appreciated for the work that I did and the changes that I made. I later became an editor and still am. I love the support that I have been given in that position as well. Home Care Pulse makes sure that they give certain positions like being an editor or a trainer to those who have worked hard for them. Im grateful for the experience I have had here at Home Care Pulse, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive job in a friendly environment.
Home Care Pulse has been a really great company to work for. The management does a phenomenal job of keeping the job light and fun while also making sure that the work gets done. I have worked as a team lead for them in the past and have never sat in on a meeting where the clients that we represent and the people we are trying to help have not been the focal point and purpose. They deeply care about working to improve home health care for clients and caregivers. I am proud to be a part of such a great organization and to have made the acquaintances of such wonderful and caring people. Keep up the great work, Home Care Pulse!
I have been with Home Care Pulse for over a year now, starting in their satisfaction research center, and moving into their sales and business development team. This company had provided me with so many opportunities to grow and challenge myself, and all the while the work I am doing is having an impact on people across the nation. The admin team is very supportive, in and out of the workplace. I havent worked with a company that has had such a great atmosphere as Home Care Pulse.
Great place to work!! Great people. It’s a lot more uplifting then any other call center. Plus your hours are flexible and your pay fair.
I say this nearly every day of my life now, but Home Care Pulse calls caregivers and their clients for home care agencies to find out what those agencies are doing well and what they can do to improve. Working at Home Care Pulse, in the call center, is pretty awesome if you enjoy talking with people all across the country, participating in a plethora of monthly incentives, and receiving encouragement from upbeat supervisors and leads. I love the work environment--my coworkers are fantastic and were constantly encouraged to improve, even if were doing a good-enough job.Like any other call center, we end up calling people who are angry and negative and Ive been cussed at a couple times--but the reward of talking to sweet older men and women and learning from them is well worth it. Sitting at a desk isnt what I want to do with the rest of my life, but its a great job for a college student. There is room to grow in the company, but Im content hearing about selfless caregivers and having the opportunity to spread kindness. If youre in Rexburg and looking for a job, I recommend Home Care Pulse!
I have been with Home Care Pulse for 4 years, starting out in the call center to put me through college. When I graduated, I applied to a Customer Success Manager position and have continued to work for this amazing company. You will not find a more caring administrative team than here. They truly care about you. I felt that way in the call center and still do as a CSM. Being on the phone was hard to do for three years, but they have movies playing and great incentives to keep you motivated. You also can work on homework or read a book at your desk. The company is amazing, and I would recommend Home Care Pulse to anyone looking for a job.
Working in the call center at home care pulse is nothing like the usual call center experience. Things are smooth, comfortable and encouraging. The calls we make are not an interruption or an annoyance to the receiver, but they are a stepping stone to their better service. You feel good about work at the end of the day, and that is something you never hear from a call center job.The people are great, the dedication to their employees is epic, and they are the most student friendly job I have found in Rexburg.
Home Care Pulse continually hires great people with great work ethic. They have had really great people on their bus, but with constant change and a continual negative atmosphere, those people decide to seek employment elsewhere. The constant turnover at Home Care Pulse is the result of poor management and unrealistic expectations. No matter what you do, you will never be good enough. I had some amazing experiences in my seven years with the company but I would never recommend employment at Home Care Pulse to anyone. Ever.
I have never worked for a company like this before! They genuinely care about each employee personally. I am not a particularly memerable person for most because it takes me a while to open up to people. After working here for a couple of months I left for a few months because of another job. I was gone for nearly 6 months and when I got back the management team all still remembered my name.
The company is a fun and hardworking place. They treat staff well and are understanding. They set reliable goals and help us to achieve them. Overall, it’s a great place to work at.
I have had the pleasure of working for Home Care Pulse for almost two years. Home Care Pulse is a family-centered company that puts lifting and improving others lives as the center of its mission. Like any growing business, Home Care Pulse has adopted many changes in its organization and practices. Yet, Home Care Pulse has never diverged from their initial mission. The vision of Home Care Pulse is literally to positively impact the lives of millions of people needing care throughout North America. Not only is working at Home Care Pulse rewarding and fulfilling, it is flexible, has great incentives, and it provides great experience for future employment.
The best work environment you could ask for in Rexburg! The staff is phenomenal and you have an opportunity to make a difference at work.
Home Care Pulse is an awesome company. Very professional to deal with. There is so much benefit from their services. Hiring them it’s a no-brainer.
Seems to be quite a mix of emoting in the former and current employee reviews here. I would just speak to my personal experience of leadership here doing the best they can to continually improve a business with the intent in improving the entire home care industry. With a focus on getting the right people in the right seats in order to remain the leading quality management company, not everyone will be a good fit. If you were frustrated in your role at HCP, I certainly hope youve found a better fit for yourself. What I have appreciated and continue appreciating is being part of one of the most transparent and vulnerable companies Ive ever worked for. I came on board with quite a bit of experience and have only experienced a wealth of additional experience in the roles Ive held here.
Working in the Home Care Pulse SRC is a call center job, and you will need a car. Other than that I think it is a fantastic job while in college.I worked at Home Care Pulse for 1½ years and loved it. They had free popcorn! Scheduling was very flexible. The atmosphere was comfortable. The management was really friendly. I made lots of friends and learned great skills. (Testimonial)On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, I would rate Home Care Pulse an 8.
Home Care Pulse is a quality work place looking to improve the quality of home Care agencies. Great work environment with good incentives. The best of the call centers in my opinion.
All these reviews are from employees. as such, they cant be trusted. home care pulse has been calling my home frequently and they wont stop even though I asked them to. Ive never heard of this company but they claim they were hired by another comapny that provides home care. I have stopped doing business with them (at home care ) because of home care pulse.
Home care pulse is a great company for you to find out honestly what you are doing well in your company and what areas you can improve on. It is a great format for clients and for employees.
Home Care Pulse is a growing company that works hard to appreciate their employees. I enjoy my job and know that I am making a difference.
There isnt a better place to work in Rexburg. I came to HCP at the start of my college experience in January 2016. HCP makes it easier to be motivated and to have a desire to work. My previous call center, felt like a dead end. It was dark and no one enjoyed being there. Yet, here it is bright, open, silly and supportive. The schedule is really flexible and easy to work around school and other obligations. There is opportunity to get a raise every three months of employment. I cannot guarantee youll never be bored or have a long day, but I can guarantee that you will have opportunities to make new friends and to grow and advance. And probably win a friendly competition or two.
Working at HCP sucks! They make it seem like they are friendly and easy to work with but its all a facade. Working there, I dialed every day. My rate was above average, I rarely every called in sick, when I did I covered my own hours, I covered other peoples hours, and I did everything I could do to be an excellent employee. I never even got a thank you. The only time they talk to you, is when you have done something wrong. Dont get me wrong, getting feedback about where to improve is good but when you only ever hear negative things, the work environment becomes a negative place. Also, if you want to be more than just a dialer, you have to become friends with another lead, manager or editor. Promotions are not based off of how hard you work or how well you do, its who is friends with who. Literally, when there is a new spot, the current leadseditors are asked who do you want to be another lead/editor and they just suggest their friends. I tried telling the manager this and was ignored. I tried telling other leads and editors this, nothing was ever done to improve the place. I put off writing a review online because they got a new manager and I was hoping things would get better but nothing has changed either. If youre looking for a job while in college, work here but dont expect a thank you or being promoted to another position because it wont happen unless you become super buddy buddy with the people in charge.
Home Care Pulse is an awesome place to work and is perfect for college students especially! I was a normal SRC associate for a year and then I was a trainer for 6 months, all while going to school full-time. I have been on both sides and I can honestly say I loved working there the whole time. No matter what, a call center job is a little mundane and can get boring. Home Care Pulse tries their best to compensate for that with flexible scheduling and fun monthly incentives. The management team Aaron, JC, Eric, and Lynsey are AMAZING people. They really care about their employees and want them to be successful. The culture cannot be beat with the high quality coworkers and trainers. My most favorite part of the job was getting on the phone and talking to people sitting around me. The trainers and editors became some of my closest friends in Rexburg and they try their best to help every associate get their bonus and perfect their stats. You get weekends, holidays, and can possibly get your breaks off as well, depending on how many interviews you complete. Home Care Pulse became my family here in Rexburg and I would recommend working there to anyone!
Great company to work with!
Im going to be straight up honest: my name isnt Todd but I still currently work at HCP and fear retaliation for my review. I cant wait to post the review because I feel a need to point out what is going on. HCP has a nice, friendly front to it. Managers and trainers smile at you to your face but they dont care about you and will fire you as soon as they can if they dont like you. And thats the messed up part, everything about the job is whether or not the people in charge like you and that determines any bonus you may get, pay increases, job advancement and if you actually keep the job. Ive watched the same trainer knock 3 points off of one person for not having enough feedback for this one question and not ding one point off for another person who did the same thing. Its all about who you know and who likes you at HCP. If youre liked, then you get promotions. Dont believe me? Amy, Kade and Amy (the three positive reviews on here) are all trainers or editors who were liked which is why they got their jobs. How do I know? I know other workers who have done better than them in the actual job and not even get blinked at for a promotion (I know because they post everyones daily stats on a tv).Recently under the new manager, theres be a firing spree. At least thats what it seems like because once full shifts, now have half the people in them. Either people are getting fire or people are quitting because this job is ridiculous. HCP used to be fun, relaxed and friendly place. They always expected you to do your work but there has never been such an air of pettiness, lies and cowardness like there is now. Theyre also extremely unprofessional. Theres a desk where the trainers sit at. In the morning, the trainers will sit there and just chit chat about their personal lives for an hour or two but then get on us for not doing our jobs. Also, they will talk about other workers there and use their names! Ive heard them talk about people who quit, people who were fired and peoples stats. Even though I do my job, I feel like I could be fired at any moment. And its not like I hate the job, I just think the people in charge are two-faced.And just a note because I know the managers or owners of HCP read these reviews, these new tatics arent improving anything. This month, for instance, were seriously behind on the number of interviews needed. Scare tactics dont work, they just get people to leave which only hurts your business.Seriously, go work at McDonalds before you even think about applying here. Have enough dignity in yourself to work somewhere else.
Home Care Pulse is the worst caregiver in the industry. Their motto is WE DONT GIVE A CARE! THEY STINK! #caregivers #homecare #healthcare #elderly @homecarepulse
Great place to work with a wonderful environment!
