Really bad. If they happen to show up they spend more time talking in the parking lot and unloading vehicles and equipment than they do actually doing anything meaningful around the property. They do not clean up trash either so I have to walk around 6 condo units cleaning up trash myself.
They do our HOA landscaping. When they mow the lawn, you cannot even tell as they do such a poor job. Whoever runs this company needs to check their work. I have to have someone remow the lawn each week.
This landscaping company removed huge chunks of grass from my yard and almost cut down my small tree. The company feels they have provided a professional service. I would never recommend them due gross incompetence and they have zero accountability for their actions. The only thing they will say is it will grow back or ask for more money to provide addition services. What a joke.
I give one star because I cannot give less. Incompetent on the job and can care less about the customer. I have no idea how they still on business. I recommend to dont contact this company. They weed wack deep enough that I have to use some sod for have my lawn back and didnt even remove the debris.Very frustrating
If you are looking for a landscaping service that will do the BARE BARE minimum to get the job done you have found the right place. They were hired by our HOA to perform landscaping services. They only mow the lawns that are visible from the street. When I pointed out to them that my big back yard really needed mowed, the person said that they had not gotten to that part of the neighborhood yet. When they packed up their mowers and were leaving, I stopped them as they were driving out and asked the same guy if they were going to mow my large back yard and he said they were called back to the shop. This was at 3:30 pm. Wasnt raining. I dont get it. My HOA should get some money back.
BrightView should not be trusted in your garden. My grandmother lives in a 55+ community that is currently being deforested by these so called “landscapers”. They recently massacred her fuchsia bush with a chainsaw for what they called a “light pruning”, cut her six foot tall blueberry bush down to two feet and insisted that it was not a blueberry bush (I have eaten blueberries off that bush). They recently cut down a potted maple tree to a single branch for some reason. We will see what they kill next....Keep these people out of your garden!
Now known as Brightview Landscape. We have never been under contract with this company, though they still charged us for a whole month of service even though we fired them the month before for poor quality landscape services and Increased prices. Then they had the balls to send us to collections. DO NOT do business with them. You will regret it as l do.
I would give less than 0 stars if that was an option. My landlord entered into a 3 year contract with Brightview Landscape for several properties, including the one where I reside. If I had the authority to fire them, I would. Not only would I not hire them, I wouldnt allow them on my property if they were free. You really need to supervise them constantly or you risk having them use banned toxic chemicals without authorization, pull out landscaping you WANT to keep, while neglecting areas with weeds, ding your windows and sliding doors with their weed-wacker, park in the fire lanes, the list goes on.
Great managers, awesome employees who work hard.
Aquí trabajo, buena compañía!! Recomendada para trabajar.
