I needed to return a defective product, the manufacturer sent me a FED EX label without much information on it except for a bar code and an address. The staff at Mail Box Express was able to answer all the questions I had about this label and even called me back later that day to give me the tracking number I needed once the FED EX driver showed up to pick it up.Very nice personal touch, would definitely go back to use again for any mailing needs.

I am a customer since 2005 at this Mailbox Express location, which is under new management since late 2014. Fear of mail and package theft is a thing of the past with Mailbox Express, where they accept and sign for my packages, and then hold them under lock and key. I then pick up my mail at my leisure. The current owner is friendly and helpful. The cost of a mailbox rental is well offset by the peace of mind it offers.
