Not sure who is doing the hiring here, but WOW! The asian woman at the front counter today NEEDS to work on her soft skills, her attitude, and her english. She fought with me about typing up a few addresses…… NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD DIFFICULTY AT ANY OTHER LOCATION WITH THIS REQUEST. Then she tried to hold my packages hostage when I told her I was going to leave and go to my regular post office.If I managed this location, she would be fired immediately! Lazy, rude, and difficult to even understand her english. Stay CLEAR from this location as others have already noted! Management needs to get ahold of their employees, this was unacceptable!
My mail was forwarded to a Mailbox express from AZ. it was returned>in deliverable. the supervisor had No Answers. excuses, excuses.now i have a payroll check floating around in purgatory. the USPS needs to be privatized. they excuses are far to great to justify the incompetence.
Who ever does their Sunday delivery should just quit. Why do you even bother?? I had a package that required singature and it was jammed so hard into a parcel locker by this complete floorboard of a human that I couldnt open it. Fast forward to this weekend have a package coming in, some how this graduate of the third grade managed to not be able to access my wide open apartment complex????? Why do you even do sunday delivery if youre not going to give a dam. Wost post office I have had since moving to Washington in 2012.
The 2 ladys that work there are always kind and considerate. Very helpful as well. Making sure if I need stamps or not...lol...😃

If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I went today to open a PO BOX. There were some difficulties because of my physical address, so the lady assisting me (She was very kind and helpful) had to grab the manager to make sure I could use my address. The Manager with blonde hair (I wish I grabbed her name) was super rude and lazy. She lied and said I wasn’t able to send MAIL to my PO BOX only packages, and if I got mail sent, they would close my P.O. Box. SHES A LIAR. That’s the whole purpose of having a PO BOX!!! I called around to a couple of different locations because I KNEW she was LYING, and they said it was OKAY. I end up getting a refund and opening a PO BOX elsewhere. She is a LIAR LIAR LIAR. Horrible customer service!
Very poor customer service, Ive had to email MULTIPLE times about forwarding address issues, and they STILL havent fixed it. Its been almost a year that Ive moved from Renton.
9:21 am Monday morning, not a holiday, service area is not open. No sign on door indicating why. Door is locked no answer when I knock. Terrible customer satisfaction
I just moved here and this was the only location that had available PO Boxes so I had no other option close to me. The service is sub-par but they have their days of good service. For the past month, their time-lock door system to access PO Boxes outside of regular business hours has been broken which is incredibly irritating and they dont seem to be in a rush to fix it.... Their hours arent the greatest and theyre generally pretty busy every time I go there no matter what time it is. If you have the choice, Id do business elsewhere.
One of the worst post offices Ive ever had to deal with. They reject and return legitimate mail constantly. Ive had to have so many things resent.

After 3.5 years with this post office, they still return 80% of my mail. To get around this, I was told to have mail sent to the address of the post office with my PO Box #... I did as recommended and had a note put on my mail informing me my mail was going to be returned for using the physical address of the post office.For the last month their lock to the lobby is broken, so I am unable to retrieve my mail afterhours. People are rude! Service is horrible! This place is a nightmare! AVOID!!!
I have had a PO Box here for the past 6 months. I havent had any complaints other than the lobby door always being broken/locked & not being able to access your PO box after hours. I had a package delivered last night and stopped by at 6am before work this morning... and what do you know! The door is locked ONCE AGAIN. Im suppose to renew at the end of the month and Im really have second thoughts about just going to a different location.
I was expecting a package, they say they attempted delivery but never even rang my doorbell or even parked by my building. Now I have to wait another day after paying for EXPEDITED SHIPPING, and theres no guarantee yet that theyll actually ring my doorbell because their customer service wait times are up to an HOUR.In addition to that, their re-delivery form, found on their website, is broken and doesnt allow me to submit the necessary information as valid. I am livid.
I will call the corporate office and report this very location. The customer service cashier woman in there is very RUDE, yelling at me for no reason. And they DONT PICK UP THEIR PHONE REGARDLESS HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED CONCERNING MY PACKAGE.... worst customer service experience ever
Most of the people at the post office are super nice, and they work so hard to take care of long lines. But one woman is always so rude to me. I made a mistake and forgot to renew my PO Box because I thought it was on auto-pay. The woman helping me was very nice and informative, but this other rude woman felt the need to interject in the transaction and rudely tell me how long it had been since Id lapsed. I said I was so sorry and that there hadnt been any important mail anyway. She glared at me and shook her head. Wow. I am always afraid that when I go into the post office she will be there to belittle me.

I got a notice that my package couldnt be delivered because I wasnt here. I was 4 feet from the door all day. Yet another package with my exact address they somehow delivered successfully all the way across town. Completely incompetent.
These guys need an automated service. I send letters overseas to friends and queuing up is such a pain when its only a measly letter. And keeping in mind that sometimes only one line is for international shipping. Wait time is very much like back in England, so its almost nostalgic. Staff are friendly enough, though. Sometimes thats all that counts.
Every time I come in here it takes forever even for shipping one package. Ive been standing here for nearly 20mins and had two people in front of me. They should take some training from the people at the Federal Way USPS, they know how to get it done quickly. I dread coming in here.
Theyre not very efficient, coherent or polite here and honestly I dont very often write reviews.. like generally unpleasant people and I didnt even ask all of my questions before I was quite literally waved away with a hand in my face.
This USPS location, 314 WILLIAMS AVE S RENTON, has the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered. The hold time is ridiculously and unnecessarily long (hire more people and train them better). If and when you do get an agent, you cant understand what they are saying, their answers are short, they are rude and then cut you off saying i cant answer anymore questions, i have to go and hang up on you. Every time Ive called or dealt with this location, I always encounter the same kind of service - BAD.
The workers there are so rude! They raised their voice at me for NO REASON at all. I came to them speaking politely asking for a package that was a failed delivery to our store. They are not willing to work with you at all. I’ve been there only twice and they were absolute disrespectful both times.

On July 12, in the morning I been told by post office employee to leave prepaid package on a counter. I left it, It still was not scanned and sent. This is return from ebay and I have to return it by 18. I just got email from ebay that item was never sent. This USPS office is closed on weekend. I have to cancel my clients on Monday and go to this USPS office to found my package. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of their work.

Our mail carrier cant seem to read. How does 208 make 218 or 222 or some other number besides 208?!!! We get everyone elses mail BUT OUR OWN!!!! Just in the last two months we have received late fees for bills we NEVER RECEIVED. Our power bill, cable bill and Sams Club credit card bills never came. We even got shut off notices! I have complained more than once and NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!! Maybe the post office should hire better people and ones who can read....
Better than average experience from a USPS. The quality of the postal system overall has gone way down over the years, but today I had good service here.
I cant seem to get a hold of their number, it gives me the busy noise, and has done so for the passed hour and a half. Unless they are busy with another customer I dont think I should be getting busyl tone unless they changed the business number.
In the post office service is great but lines can suck. There arent any signs saying pre-paid packages can be set on the counter which would cut down the line and wait time. Most of the year my delivery service is fine. However, whenever there is a temp or on Saturdays my mail is always getting lost. Ive been called in by my apartment staff several times to give me mail that was turned in by other residents. One was found on the ground in the parking lot on the other side of the property unopened with a gift card (so not stolen and soaked). In November and December I get more mail delivered to my door by neighbors that recieved it by accident than I do in my box. I also get emails from family asking how I liked my card/ gift card or gift that Ive never received. 3 yrs in a row now! Ive complained to a lady at the Highlands PO which I was referred too and told (while she was chewing ) maybe a friend or family member is taking it. What? I have a locked box and the only 2 keys are on my key ring! How would that make my mail go in the wrong boxes constantly? Ive also had Comcast, conservice, PSE and RHA contact me saying my mail was returned to sender stating Im no longer a resident no forwarding address and my favorite address doesnt exsist what? Ive been here 12 years and so has my entire 100+ unit apartment complex. How could they lose this place? Im fed up! I was pissed when they statted delivering for UPS, they were who I counted on for my small packages to actually arrive, now Im stuck.
I rented a PO Box and havent been able to get there during the week before closing. I have tried calling and calling and all I get is a busy signal every single day for over a week!!!!!!!!!

Aside from the fact that your hours need to be updated for Sat. As we arrived well before closing and it was already closed.The other reason for my post is the mail carriers vehicle needs a new muffler,everyday when passing by the exhaust is bad and it stinks up in my house- Im sure its unhealthy for the driver. Its annoying and unhealthy I dont like my house smelling like bad exhaust.
