Washers: they have a bunch of different sizes including a couple really big ones. There’s 2 washers that I love to use there that now make a super loud noise when it’s on the spin cycle. Sounds like I’m right next to an airplane taking off. But overall the washers do a really good job of distributing the detergent and cleans the loads well.Dryers: the only reason I can’t give 4-5 stars. I’ve been here multiple times and each time there were A LOT of dryers out of order. The ones that are working take a really long time to dry the clothes. I end up just bringing them home to dry bc I run out of patience.Cleanliness: overall a clean place aside from the occasional few dryer sheets that customers leave behind. But there’s trash bins and a laundry sink in the bathroom to rinse detergent cups.Restroom: they have a one toilet restroom that’s very convenient and clean.Vending: okay variety of snacks but the drink vending machine hasn’t worked since I’ve been going here.Parking: very good. There’s 2 different entrances and some side parking that isn’t far at all from the entrance. One entrance shares parking with a neighboring store.Price: I believe all the machines are fair priced. All the machines take quarters instead of those cards that other laundromats use. They have a quarter machine on-site so it’s convenient.Overall an okay place to go. I’ve gone different times of the day and never have trouble finding an open washer and dryer.

Ive never used a laundromat, but I was a good experience the dryers were more efficient than I expected and the washing machines worked well. Finished 8 lists of laundry in under an hour.

Wow! Nicest laundromat Ive ever been in. People laughing and talking with one another. I think I saw the owner or caretaker, he was all smiles and gave me a friendly greeting. There are change machines, a TV, a bathroom, and video surveillance. Also, tables, carts, steepstools, a covered outside pew/bench and two indoor chairs. Any problem machines were clearly marked. The facility appears to be finishing some renovations and is in great condition. Its also nice to have the Tienda Latina right next door!Rates as of today:Small wash $3.50Medium wash $6.50Massive wash $10.00Dryer $0.25 per 5 minutes. Heat element turns off in last minute, so recharge before then.Tips for further improvement:- Better signage for the rear entrance- Improved online presence- More chairs- Address the odor outside, which smells like decomposing meat from the carnicería portion of the tienda next door. (Smell does not come inside)- Fix massive grungy sidewalk puddle on side of buildingThose are all just small things. Overall, the place is five stars! Thanks for a great experience.

Clean! All the washers and dryers work! Not a bad area to sit and wait. So ladys do recommend.

I have to start by stating I rarely have the need to come to a laundromat. I have a washer and dryer at home but when I need to wash my giant blanket I love doing so in a extra large capacity washer which this place seems to have plenty of! Parking was pretty accessible and the laundromat is pretty spacious. The one bad thing that I noticed after loading the machine with quarters was the awful black mold! It basically covered the entire lid of the detergent dispenser. I wouldn’t mind or even expect laundromats to get messy or dirty on a business Saturday morning...but there’s no excuse to ever have black mold present without addressing it! It’s toxic and dangerous to breathe in. I hope these washers get the proper cleaning they need. On a different note they did have large, clean and very up to date dryers!

5 stars based off customer service! The owner is always so helpful and readily available when you need assistance. We come about once a month to wash pups bedding and I love how quick the washer and dryers are. We can knock out 3 medium dog beds and 3 blankets in one large capacity load and still have some extra room!

The owner is friendly and helpful. Its clean and reasonably priced. And usually open late. I always do my laundry here when Im out and about

Terrible service from the staff. The lady from the afternoon shift. Plus most of the dryers dont works as properly and she makes sure you dont get any assistance.

Glad its here, I use it for my oversized blankets. But, its rare to find someone to help, and the signage inside isnt very clear. Be careful not to put the quarters in the wrong slot for the dryers, I accidentally paid for one but it turned out it went to the one above it.

Hot water not hot at all. My blankets came out of the wash soaking wet. 25 cents for 5 minutes is a RIP off to dry your soaking wet clothes. I will never come here again .

Yeah was there this Sunday and there’s a crazy cleaning lady there I think who works for the facility 5/16 4:15pm taking my clothes out of the dryer before it was dry when there was other dryers empty didn’t know what that was about but unacceptable, management needs to look at this and take action cause it was very uncomfortable !!!!

The quarters machine Is broke down at the coin laundry place. The Renton Laundromat only allows use of card they dont do quarters. WashCo has two big industrial washers thatll get sizable trash bag loads of laundry done. The lady who works there and does the towels is extremely rude she wouldnt help me get my quarters back when by mistake I put them into the wrong machine and she was rude and condescending about it. She should be trained on how to give better customer service. And the parking sucks its way too small and tight.

Best place for cleaning you clothes and getting tacos

Had a plumbing issue at home. Brought the equivelant of 6 loads including wet towels and comforters. Was able to fit EVERYTHING into 2...thats right TWO washers with room to spare. It was then i realized i had forgotten ALL my detergents and softener at home 😱 the owner came by and complimentary filled BOTH washers with HER own soaps. She was very kind and completely made my day!!!!

Soon as I walk in I believe the owner came to help me because I put my blanket in the dryer instead of the washing machine lol. It’s my first experience at a laundromat so I’m pretty clueless. He explained how to use them and even offered to give me an extra quarter if my blanket wasn’t dry once the cycle ended. Excellent customer service!!!

Many machines are consistently out of order, machines don’t easily accept quarters, some machines are growing moss or have band-aids in them, a man tried to sell me a camera in here once, a woman was carrying a suitcase with a dog in it, and, because owner is not on premises, people have stolen the hand dryer from the restroom. Not only is the soap dispenser broken, it does not get a refill and now it’s watery soap you must reach into the container to access.

Excellent service the lady on charge she is so nice and helpful, very clean place.

The laundry attendant watched me put clothes into a washer that wasnt working well (still worked, bleach and fabric softener didnt dispense from previous load. Now theres left over bleach on my comforter)Then as I was sitting in my car I watched her stop my dryer and leave it open. I asked if there was a problem and she said it came open itself? Seriously?

Dont let the exterior fool you, this is the nicest laundromat in the Renton area. Its clean on the inside, pleanty of washer and dryers (which all seem to work).

Beware there is always an older lady there that uses ALL of the machines.There should be a rule against using all of the machines like she does!

A lot of machines in a variety of sizes. A quarter for 5 mins in the dryer. There are a lot of broken washing machines or this would be a higher rating. Even with that, Ive never had to wait for a machine.
