Scheduled Aquaquip to service our propane fireplace as it would not come on by remote. Verified over phone with scheduler that our unit was not too old for them to clean and service. We were told upon scheduling that our unit would be cleaned and serviced. Was charged $326 for literally nothing. Technician was pleasant, but did very little. He attempted to clean the glass, he did not remove any of the fake embers or attempt to clean the burner or any of those parts. He said multiple times that Aquaquip is unable to get parts for this unit. Had we known this we would not have scheduled the service/cleaning. We also had to pay upfront for the service/cleaning. I feel we were totally overcharged for what we received. I feel a partial refund to be appropriate since we did not receive a complete cleaning/service. I would not recommend this company for fireplace cleaning/service. Technicians note on invoice reads: Cleaned fireplace as well as possible. Remote was acting up, but is working at this time.

We had such a great experience with Aqua Quip service. We were able to schedule promptly with a friendly customer service person. The technician arrived early and had the problem resolved at a minimal cost. We were called with clear information. Friendly, efficient, cost effective. We appreciate this and would recommend this to our family and friends.

If youre looking for a fireplace or insert, go with these guys. Dont even think twice. Compared to the competition (yes, I compared) they explain the products better, they are much more helpful in picking the right product, they are more affordable for an equivalent product, and faster and more flexible with the install. And theyre also very nice and easy to work with. Three thumbs up!

Had a great buying experience when we were searching for a hot tub. They were super informative and helpful with our questions. The free water analysis is great for maintaining the hot tub. We came back for a Big Green Egg.

Horrible service! Long waits coupled with cancellations can leave you without use of your overly priced hot tub. Wish I had explored this out fit better before I gave them my money!

Its not easy finding a good repair service for ones propane insert. I was fortunate to find Aqua Quips repair technician Pete Gabbard who did his magic and got our Regency insert back up and going strong. I highly recommend Aqua Quip!

Im a raving fan! I cant say enough good about my experience tonite with Andre. My gas fireplace wouldnt turn on when I flipped the switch. I emailed AquaQuip and received an email response shortly after. It was after work hours - evening. Instead of recommending I make an appt for someone to come to my house, he called and walked me thru trying to figure out the issue. With his help its working again! Who does that - especially these days?! I am blown away with the fantastic customer service I received. I wont even consider using any other company if I have any further issues in the future.

A few days ago, I asked my son-in-law how that new Green Mountain smoker/grill is working out and he said that its the best outdoor griller that he has ever owned. He is cooking on it at least 2 days a week and is constantly creating new meals and gastronomical adventures. His wife, my daughter, bought this as a surprise for him on his birthday (new years eve) and it was a huge surprise that Brian Quint, the owner of Aqua Quip delivered it direct to their home on that day as part of the excitement. My son-in-law posted to his 331 facebook friends that it was the highlight of his birthday and New Years Eve.

I recently purchased a Regence gas insert at the Covington Store. It was a very positive experience. The sales person, Crystal, did a great job from my original inquiry through the purchase and install process. The installation was done extremely professionally, and the electrician and insert installer were friendly, very experienced and did a great job. The insert itself is an excellent product, and performs as promised and I would recommend this company and this product line to anyone interested in a gas fireplace insert.

Evan came on time and what a gentleman and hard worker he was! We had inherited a Lynx natural gas BBQ as part of the recent purchase of our home, but I was afraid to start it up as it looked as though the former owners never cleaned it. Since Lynx is a high-end BBQ appliance, I decided to get it cleaned up to see if we could use it. This beautiful stainless steel appliance was completely black inside with baked on char on all inside surfaces, grills, and both burner units.Evan really went the extra mile to bring this thing back to life. Now Im not going to say it looks like new, but every bit of black possible to clean was removed. Not only that, but Evan was very knowledgeable about BBQs and grilling, and we learned a lot from him about maintenance, damage to grills and burners, and other things to look out for to keep the unit working for many years.He even helped get the gas turned on and fired it up. He suggested getting some Non-Stick Grilling Mats to even out the heat due to a damaged burner and rough grill racks.I recommend AquaQuip for their straight forward service at a fair price.Final bill was exactly as quoted. They dont try to sell you something, and they really got the job done for us.

I called this place to get a water leak repair and they keep on telling me someone will call me back and they never did i called three times and the same story, stay away from this place, i called Ken pool service and they fix it right .

Really tight hours...make sure you check before you bother driving over, they lock up right at 5 and arent open on weekends.
