They came out and optimized my internal office wiring, added new managed switches to improve performance and reliability and did a ton of other improvements to our network. Our connection with our ISP is rock solid now with multiple Zoom video meetings able to happen at the same time with no issues. Weve been using Attentus for a year now. We came from a provider that we struggled getting the attention we needed. We had some bumps getting started with Attentus which they told us we would have as they learned our systems and got us upgraded to the equipment that would work for our needs.
