Jamie is a fantastic guy! Had some dust coveres that were stuck on my drone and I was worried I was going to break them, so I called the only drone guy I could find in Reno. He was extremely polite and even tried to help me take them off over the phone, but I was not comfortable. He fixed it within 39 minutes and was flying again within the hour. Great guy with a great rate for help. If you make a rookie mistake or just have a drone issue give him a call! You wont regret it!

Crashed my drone early on my trip from NY to CA and James was able to come through clutch in fixing my Inspire 2! Within a day of receiving a brand new arm, I was back up in the the air like brand new! much appreciated!!
