So far VR&E is not answering the phone. Finding a few more numbers for the Reno VARO hopefully will help.

Did a great job.. got right in to see a benefits guy. Though he couldnt get my benefits turned back on immediately he did get the process started and was quite helpful. If needed I will use them again

The building is a secure compound and that makes it one of the most unwelcoming places in town. There is nobody who will direct you to the right person or department, just a couple of diffrent sign in sheets and then you get to wait untill somebody checks them. The DAV and VFW are usually closed or busy, so good luck with that. The VA employees are typical gov employees. They dont awnser questions, and are less then helpful when it comes to something that is outside of their usual limited duties. I hate being stuck using this place. They were alot nicer and way more approachable before they moved into the new building.
