Moving from CA to NV was a big move after 41 years. While I had pros do the inner home, I elected to move the Garage. Enterprise was ready with a 26 box truck. Picked up at the appointed time, truck was in great shape. Loaded back in CA, returned to NV with the goods. Unloaded, returned the truck and the bill was just as proposed, with no hidden charges. Very professional staff and good equipment. Thanks to Reno Enterprise Truck rental for saving me money and time.

Called from North Carolina to make arrangements to rent a truck for a ride back to North Carolina. Gavin assures is he had a truck for us. Gavin has delayed our return home for 2 days for lack of communication. We had deposited 1,700 in the bank because he gave us a quote of 1,560. Card declined. OH, don’t take cash in here! Apparently they don’t trust the governments money. Only cards! These people need to be properly trained in communication skills and customer service. Gavin needs to be running a vacuum not behind a computer.

They are NOT cleaning trucks between rentals in a way that can be seen. 10 clorox wipes later, hopefully no one gets covid. Seat was sticky, cup holders nasty. Steering wheel filthy. Gear shift just as bad. It may have been dirty before but if they are cleaning between uses, a lot of this should be gone by now.

Cheap truck rental. In and out. Great service.

This place is great! I rented a van from them last week. I nearly missed getting to the office before they close Saturday at noon, so they called to check I was coming in. They waited for me - thank you! I had to return the van after hours (6:30 am) to catch a flight, but I accidentally left one of my bags in the locked van and put the keys in the dropbox. Fortunately the manager (Steve) was at work 30 minutes before they open (7am) - he saved me from missing my flight. Thanks so much Enterprise Truck Reno - you all are great.

They rock. Equipment is in good shape

HORRIBLE!!! Called to make a reservation got a price and was told price would not change if turned in after hours. Called a day in advance and was told price would not change if turned in after hours. Returned rental and was charge over $100 for returning after hours. Came in to speak and the girl had no intention of helping me at all. NEVER coming back again. Only place I’ve had this problem with. HORRIBLE service!!!

I made a reservation one year in advance, and six months after I made the reservation they contacted me to let me know they have a bigger client that needs my reservation so they were canceling mine for theres. When looking for a rate on the same reservation its now 3x the price! Feels like unethical price gouging and I am a very disappointed customer, especially since I have used Enterprise Trucks for my business for years.
