Reno Rescreen is a class act! Barb, Adam and Josh did a PERFECT job. We had 16 screens either replaced or rescreened, and 2 very large solar screens replaced. The quality was excellent and the communication outstanding, throughout the process. We are extremely happy customers!!

Service was done within the week of me calling. They kept me updated on my appointment, they were on time and did the work outside in their work trailer so no mess in the house. Adam and Barb are real people and awesome. They are customer friendly and on time. The solar screens on the back now that the sun is shining make a big difference. The sun rises in the front of our home and sets in the back. Adam did not recommend them on the front for the extra cost as we are retired senior citizens. On time, quality and friendly service. Adam and Barb from Reno Rescreen are great at what they do and just genuinely nice people on top of it. I scheduled my service about a month in advance. No surprise since its summer time and Im sure theyve just been slammed with people staying home and tackling their home repairs for n this Covid-era.Barb walked thru the prices with me in advance so I had an idea of what to expect when they arrived on site for the Rescreen. Adam and his helper arrived on time and ready to tackle the job. It took them 30 minutes to do 4 large window screens, one small bathroom screen, and a sliding door screen. Everything was done to high quality and looks so good. Im bummed I waited so long to have this done, but now that I know how easy and affordable it is, Ill keep Rescreening on my regular rotation of house maintenance.

I really needed new screens! I even got an education. They came and noticed that my solarium Windows really needed solar screens due to the intense sun and the damage it had done to my screens. The screens are so nice and I swear those solar screens help keep the heat out. Couldnt say enough good things.

They custom made screens and frames to fit every one of them. They did it all on site with their mobile workshop in just a few hours. They rescreened our sliding glass door and a bedroom window screen for about half of what another company quoted. They also adjusted the wheels of the screen door at no extra charge (not really part of their service) and gave us several suggestions to permanently remedy our door problem. Adam and his associate made sure to get the screens for my house made; however, they made two of them unmovable and told me to call them if I needed to clean the windows. I could not get a response back from them for weeks. I also referred friends to them and they didnt respond to them. The service was good and the screens are well made, but communication could be better.*Update: Adam contacted me, saying he didnt receive the messages from my referral. I was in the room when the messages were left, and I texted him inquiring about it, as well. He offered a refund on the work, but I did not accept it, as the work was fair. Because he did try to right my frustration, I have added a star for the effort.
