Very friendly service, was early to the appointment time. (After the tech called and asked if it was OK he came early). Was fast and hit all the areas I needed. Was well informed and asked if I had any questions. Overall Im very satisfied with the service provided. Oh it was also great that the substances he used were kid and pet friendly. Also, as he was leaving and I was talking to my tech and spider crawled out and was dying, it was nice to see the products were working that fast. Thanks Trevor.

Ever since the very first service we have seen a huge improvement in and outside of our home! We live out in the country so there are a lot of bugs and spiders and mice and we had been struggling for years with it until we hired Natura!All the associates are professional and helpful also. I am super impressed with the professionalism of this company. Great field personnel. Not pushy. Able to get an appointment quickly. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the natural chemicals they use were just applied so I dont know if they work yet. Im having weeds treated along with rodents.

The team comes out quarterly, tells me what they are doing and continue to do a great job. I’ve used them for about two years now…I had a slight issue with spiders and webs showing up…I called Natura and they were back out within a couple days…no additional fees, no challenge as to why I needed them back out, etc. The spiders just came out at a different time and Natura took care of it!! While no one likes ‘investing’ in a team to keep bugs and spiders away from your house but I highly recommend you do and when you decide to do so, use Natura…you won’t be disappointed!

The technician was on time and very professional. She was very thorough, didnt rush anything, she answered all my questions, and was very detail oriented. The explanations of products and procedures was easy to understand and concise. She was very respectful of my preferences for when, where, and how to apply chemicals.

Absolutely amazing! Carson was doing door-torpor promoting while I was literally cleaning out the ants invading my house! He did a quick inspection of my home and gave me a quote on the spot, answered all my questions and concerns about what it would take. Scheduled it for the following Monday (today of posting) and stated Trevor would come between 1-3pm. He showed up at 1pm on the dot! Super friendly and thorough in the home, as well as exterior. Took less than an hour, and got into hard to reach spots. All treatments used were natural and my house smells like peppermint bliss! Even my moody tween came out of her room and said it’s smelling nice lol. Honestly better than I ever hoped for and so glad I got this service. Thank you isn’t even enough to cover my sanity and home!!

I just order this service yesterday, and they set the appointment today. What a fast an reliable company. Not only did the spray for bugs etc... they sprayed for weeds. Trevor was amazing. Polite, professional and very personable. When I asked him about Natura and how he liked working there, he gave the most amazing response. Management treats us all like family. His boss asked “where you you see yourself in three to five years”. Trevor was like I just started working here. His boss meant in life not just working here, and a few months later called him into the office to check on how he was doing on his plan. That tells me this company actually cares about its employees. If they care so much about their employees shows me how they will care/treat their customers. Going to tell all my friends about Natura!

I love this company! If I need emergency attention they are quick to respond. I had hornets in my mailbox and was stung. My mailman was nice enough to bring my mail to the door. I called nutura and they were there within a day. The solution they use is safe for pets and children. Thank you guys for your attentive and professional service!

We met with Emily yesterday afternoon 05/19/21. She was going around my neighborhood talking with the community about the services Natura Pest Control offers. She was very knowledgeable and polite. She offered us a great discount and was able to add free rodent control since a few of my neighbors have had issues with them. We were able to set up an appointment for today 05/20/21. I read the reviews about the company prior to getting serviced. Everyone mention how great Trevor was so I was hoping he would be the one to do our service today. We were fortunate enough to have Trevor come over. He was great. Very polite and respectful. He worked fast and made good conversations. I asked if we would get him again if we had any issues and unfortunately he said he is only doing initial service for customers. But if i had any questions or concerns I could reach out to him or call the main office. I would highly recommend Natura Pest Control.

So far, so good! Today was my first experience with Natura, so well see if the services are efficient. However, Teryn was absolutely excellent! Great first impression and hes a complete professional. Like I said, so far, so good! I just came from another popular vendor in the area (bad experience)so well see.

Everything seemed good but the next day I realized that he opened our gate and did not close it. It wasn’t until after my dog ran out into the street that I noticed this. It is hard to close so I understand but he never told us he didn’t close it. Also, the bolt and chain that I use to lock it is missing. My dog could have been hurt or hurt someone else. I am not happy about this at all. Very irresponsible.

Alfonso was very professional and did a very thorough job. He also was on time and even called to let me know his ETA. I was impressed with all the different treatments he used for all different issues, and how he identified things we could fix like little holes where things can get in. He also answered all my questions and made sure everything was safe for our chickens and dogs. The scheduling people (Ana I think) were also very pleasant and worked with my busy schedule. I thought I could do this DIY but I’m glad I called the pros.

It was fast an easy. They pride themselves on using all natural products. I was not prepared for how strong the scent would be. If you have a sensitivity to smells then I would advise they don’t spray inside the home. This was my first time using them.

Trevor was very polite and professional, he explained everything he was going to do and explained the chemicals he was going to use, which all were pet friendly. He did a very thorough job and let us know if we needed another treatment sooner to get rid of the ants to call and they would be back.

Naturapest continues to charge my credit card and we are receiving zero service calls. I called to cancel my service. And, not only did i not receive any service for the $55 charge on my card, they doubled down with a $110 double charge a week later. So, three charges, no service, no calls, no emails. Zero follow-up.what am i paying for? Why did they charge me three times? I dont mind a charge, but charging absent service is very dishonorable. Its a subscription scam.

He was respectful to my wife and myself, very knowledgeable about the products that are used and our situation, and made a point to make sure that I was happy with his service. The only reason I didnt give the company a 5-star is I called the office with a question about the contract and I felt they didnt want you to contact them by phone I left a message anyway and never heard from the office.

I had some spiders around, after I ordered the treatment the spiders were dead. But all kinds of bugs are now (month and a half after) attacking my house, I have flies around my house for the first time in more than 10 years! I see that natural way is better, the service from the pest control ruins the balance. Think before ordering, because the year agreement cannot be canceled.

I’m moving back into my house and seen a mouse, called these guys and they came the same day..... amazing! I been using them for about three weeks and haven’t seen any mouse droppings or ants since, they have been to my house 3 or 4 times making sure everything is going accordingly. Trevor was our pest control servicer. He was very nice and friendly! He did a multitude of services to the interior, exterior, and garage including the removal of cobwebs and spider webs on the exterior of our home. We didn’t have to leave our home in order for the service to take place and it smells like rosemary and peppermint. Not bad at all. He said the smell should go away in about 24 hrs.Greta service!

While on a business trip, my mother was watching my house and said she liked our Natura guy so much, she wanted to adopt him.Spiders are gone, no webs, no Rollie bugs anymore. No ants, bees disappeared. And they spray lovely smelling essential oils in the house that deter bugs without harming pets and kids. Couldn’t be more pleased that we have Natura pest control.

Had my first appointment today to have my home sprayed inside and out for pests. I received a text from the technician letting me know he was on his way. Once here, he explained the whole process to me and finished in about a 1/2 hr. He removed two wasp nests I didnt even know I had. Great service! I’m very happy I signed on with this company..

They removed hundreds of protected cliff swallow nests and nestlings at Greater Nevada Field. They said the birds were not protected. If they cant identify wildlife or know wildlife laws they should not be in business.

Amazing customer service, found ants in my kitchen this morning call Natura at 8 am and they were there spraying by 9:15 am!! I use their 4 seasons service and love it.

Scheduled a person to come out to my house from 9AM to 11AM today about a week a go. They never showed up. I tried calling Natura, nothing. I left a message, nothing. I used their text back thing on the website, nothing.EDIT they got back to me the guy was running late. Increasing to 4 stars as he was awesome. They need to have better alerts so I knew not to wait around for 3 hours waiting for nothing

I like to ask a lot of questions about any service. I asked Trevor about all the products he was using for the cucumber Beatles, the spiders, the wasps and he answered all my questions. He was friendly, like when you’re hanging out with a friend and your asking a lot of stuff and it’s just like a conversation, I appreciated that. He knows his products and did a thorough job. I walked around with him almost the whole time and liked the job that he did. I even asked questions about about other services and he answered those too. I would have him come back again.

Good morning, just had Teryn with Natura Pest Control come by and inspect and do our first service. Have to say he was on time, and very professional wanted to know exactly what was going on and where we were having problems and with what pest. He then started on the outside front and back and even did the outside lights were critters hide. Sprayed sidewalk cracks, doorways just throughly did a great job on the outside. Then he moved to the inside and worked bottom to top all rooms, bathrooms we did not have him do the garage because we are in the process of reconstruction work but he will come back anytime at no charge. I also like that our price is a locked in price. Very happy with the first device and Anna our representative for Nutura she was excellent and patient with us on our time frame. So far very happy with service and agreement we came to. Looking forward to our next service.

Vincente did an excellent service this morning, and reviewed bait station positioning with me. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. He offered to add another station where it was needed and made sure all areas were treated for our most common pests (piss or sugar ants, I’ve heard them called by both names) which are incredibly hard to get rid off. We have had Natura doing our pest control for over a year now, they have gotten rid of two enormous ant colonies and I no longer have insects in my house! I highly recommend this company. Every tech we have had come out has been courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. These guys are fantastic!

I have been using Natura for over a year. I had a very bad mouse infestation when I called them. They came right out, were very caring (I was freaking) and got the situation taken care of in no time. I have not had any mice issues since. Every technician and office personnel I have had contact with have been professional, personable and accommodating!
