Worst place ever. I have a delivery for them.,,,!!! supposed to be they open at 7 Is almost 8:00 a.m. no one answered the door,, or the phone...!!!

I ordered a book through Amazon. Today a book showed up on Microbiology for a completely different customer. Some poor student is still wsiting for their book and Ive paid for nothing. The package includes no information how to contact the company to resolve any issues let alone this one. Very bad customer service. And the website snaps every time you try to submit an email request once I found the company on line.

I ordered a USED book that was suppose to be VERY GOOD condition..I understand the perils of buying used books online and Im used to getting what I pay for but, its the appraisal of this item that I have a problem with..It came from a Library.Covered with library stickers and a black ink stamp on the binding...The binding was also broken and pages are loose..It should of be listed as POOR or the very least FAIR....
