From your phone or the Simply Review Us website, you simply enter your account number and the phone number of the person you are requesting a review from. A link and request is sent to your customer. When they follow the link, they are taken to your Simply Review Us page and prompted to give your business a thumbs up or a thumbs down. If they give you a thumbs down, a message gets sent directly to you, but is NOT posted on any review sites. If they give you the thumbs up, they are prompted with more icons--as many as you pick--to sites where they can review you.
