I love how the girls always leave my house sparkling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their house cleaned.

I would like to respond to Gretchen Smiths post, I have worked for American Housekeeping for 3.5 years and can assure you this is false. I have always received my tips and even had Theresa inform me of tips paid by credit card in advance. Theresa is an amazing boss who goes above and beyond to let the employees know how much we are appreciated. She doesnt deserve to have her name slandered in this way.

These people think it is acceptable to leave trash on my front porch advertising their cleaning company. Thats not irony, thats a crime. Stop putting your trash in my yard.

I have never written a negative review of a company but this one is absolutely necessary. The crew (two women) that was sent to my home did a horrible job of cleaning. They were instructed to just wipe down my bathrooms. This meant that they were not cleaned at all. I was charged $119.00 for 1:10 minutes work! I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

1.0 star rating 1/3/2018Well I was using American Housekeeping A few times.. After asking my housekeeper is she received my tip on the credit card charge, she told me no, she never received it!Apparently if you pay by credit card and leave the girl tips, they won;t ever get it! The owner Theresa Fernandez is keeping all their tips! Iam sorry but I cannot condone ripping off housekeepers that work really hard for a low wage in the first place and then be robbed of extra dollars they earn? no thanks I have taken my business elsewhere! Not right!
