The product was defective and Im not fully satisfied. I contacted customer service and they refuse to issue a refund. They only want to send another. I want my money back. It does not look anything like the advertisement on tv or online. Extremely thin and useless. Do not buy this. Their 30 money back and 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They dont stand behind anything. Wheres my money????

Dishonest people. Dont order anything from here . I was asked $5 extra charge being promised to a faster (three days) and safer delivery. Nine days now, havent received my order yet, nor couldnt track it. I try tracking, it says wait for the updates.

Items missing from my order and I am getting nothing from customer service. Bad service all round. I wouldnt buy from here. Easy to take your money and not send your goods.

I think this company is not LEGIT... I ordered the item on the 19th of November, its been almost a month, until now theres still no update about the shipment. I tried calling the customer service number but the phone number on their website seems not working at all... DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stay away from this company. I bought a product from them back on Nov. 4. It still hasnt been shipped and the will not return emails and the phone number goes directly into voicemail. I am going to report them to my state attorney general.

Ordered on December 3 and still have not received my sons Xmas present!! Dont make me fly out there!! I have friends in Vegas!!

I ordered a package from these guys, played extra for shipping, the package was late, and we never recieved the package when it said it was delivered. We played $50 or so for nothing, when we emailed them they said its not are responsibility. Now Im out $50 dollars dont order anything from these guys.

Still haven’t receieved package, can’t track it with the number they gave me. Will never buy from them again and I’ll make sure everyone I know won’t buy from them either.
