We have been working with K2 for months. still attempting to get everything we need and were promised. I have been attempting to contact them for 2 weeks about a drawing I should have had 3 weeks ago. No response, not even from the owner. Dont waste your time.

Stay far away they don’t know what customer service is took 4 months to get simple plan

I have worked with K2 for many years as both a vendor and a customer. I have always found them to be of the highest level of integrity and their level of professionalism is truly first class. Our biggest project together was a 20K square foot building, that was engineered on time and under budget. On my next build, they will be my first stop!

All of the organization and professionalism of a frat house. Recommended building a retaining wall over the top of our water and sewer mains to shore up a sagging porch. Thatll be $500 please. Jared was argumentative and defensive from the start (threatening collections) when debating the charges.

Got back to me very quickly. Took some back and forth but my plans are just what I wanted.
