Very disappointed in how refunds were processed. We did finally get back all but $200. However, we were told that they would not refund the deposit because otherwise they wouldn’t be able to stay in business. I get the normal policy would be to not refund it. However, during a pandemic and due to cruise lines not sailing it was through no fault of our own that the trip had to be cancelled. We were given 100% of hotel room refunds (from other companies) on non refundable rooms, because most companies are very understanding and get that these are difficult times that travel was uniquely impacted. I would expect more from a company that deals with school trips to understand their clients side. If they have to rip people off by keeping their money for nothing in exchange in order to stay afloat, then I’m really glad we no longer have to deal with them. It says a lot about them to keep our money when there was literally nothing we could do to go on this trip.

My sons group tour was cancelled due to the pandemic over a year ago. EDT still has not refunded me any of the money that I paid. Do not believe anything that this company says. Initially, they told me not to dispute the charges with my credit card company because they could process the refund faster. That was a year ago. Now, of course, it is too late to dispute the charges with the credit card company.

Slow...very slow COVID-19 refunds on canceled 2020 school trip!

I have had nothing but the best experiences with EDT. I have traveled with them multiple times to Disneyland and New York. Each trip was filled with more things than I could have possible done myself, including clinics with some amazing teachers. It also included a wonderful trip tour guide that helped us take care of all of our needs. That was extremely helpful - I am a busy band teacher - I never had to take care of any issues! It was all done for me, usually before the band ever got there!!! My students also appreciate a much more calm and relaxed teacher as opposed to the teacher I was when I was dealing with multiple issues as well as performing. Their service to my students and myself were fantastic.

I had a good time. EDTs tours are so fun and educational! I highly suggest them to anyone.
