Horrible experience with Save On Cleaners. I have used them for years, but never again will I take my clothes there.I took a blouse in for cleaning, and they returned it to me completed, and ruined, never even mentioned it.When I took the plastic off I was shocked at what I saw, all spotted like bleach spots. I took it back, and it took the owner 3 weeks to get back to me, I had to call several times, and I was ignored.When the owner finally did call me, he argued with me about the spots, he said they did not do it! I told him when I dropped the blouse off there were no spots. He never offered to replace the blouse, but offered a $10.00 credit. I will never use this cleaners again, and I would of expected that the blouse be replaced with a check, not a store credit, especially $10.00!Beware all, take your clothes to Bobby Page cleaners, they are more expensive, but trustworthy.

This company stole my clothing and not only did they NOT REFUND the missing clothing, they also KEPT/STOLE THE MONEY I PAID THEM, IN ADVANCE, TO CLEAN THE CLOTHING. I visited the location many times until the worker gave me a number for the owner. I called that number day after day and he never returned my call. I then got the Better Business bureau involved and this company ignored BBB (BBB doesnt actually have authority, this company is not a member). I asked Capital One to at least help get the cleaning fee back, they couldnt help me. This is not a reputable business - stay away! This man also owns two other locations in Reno - do your research, review ratings on BBB (the companies range from D- to F on BBB). STAY AWAY, CONSUMERS! Also - to the man that stole my clothing/money - apparently the only way I may get your attention is with online reviews. So, here we go buddy.

Amazing discount cleaners with friendly employees. Been coming here for 5 years and have received exceptional service. Last year the place was bought out and has improved drastically. Disregard old reviews and try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Just like the rest of us I have been a loyal customer for years.And just like many of us at the beginning of spring when I took out my seasons wear to have dry cleansed I tried them on because in a years time things move...grow and expand.Everything still fit.So I took them to Save On. When my white pair of jeans came back with a rip in the back side ( a area that for sure I checked ) management stated that it must be normal wear.I assure you that no woman is going to bring out last years clothes and send them out for cleaning without trying them on first. No way.Now... If I were managing a business and a customer asserted that their product was damaged because of potential malpractice I would make it right. And I expected nothing less from Save On.I will never go back and my 3 friends and their 2 friends and their fathers brother and his sisters son and her mother in law will not either.Simply 👎 bad customer service.

Please disregard the old reviews as this business has wonderful new owners.This is a fabulous budget cleaner!!! I receive far better cleaning, service and turn around from Save On than I do from the big names in town that cost 5-10 times as much. I highly recommend Save On for your day-to-day cleaning!!!

Tried to have a couple of ties sewed up on the back side. They said their normal turn around time is 3 weeks, unlike their advertised same day and next day service on their front windows. Completely absurd time line for a few simple fixes.

Great cleaners. I dropped my clothes off and had them the next day they did a awesome job the quality is great for it being a discount cleaners and the customer service was very friendly. Definitely will be using them from now on.

Save yourself the money and hassle by not going to this cleaner. I dropped my pants off for alterations and dry cleaning and they said that it would take a week. I went back twice within three weeks and it wasnt ready. I ended up going out of my way to another store location. The manager and his girlfriend, who is an EMPLOYEE, didnt care. The pants werent pressed when I picked them up, and they certainly werent cleaned as promised. Horrible customer service. Read the reviews! Stay away!

I have had a lot of patience with this particular dry cleaners; finally they blew it when they ruined my $200 romper. It went from white to baby pink. The worst part about the whole experience is that they couldnt even apoligize. If you want your clothes ruined be my guest to take it to them.
