I’ve tried a ton of cleaners here in Reno and Sparks... and he is by far the absolute BEST clean and the BEST price! He didn’t just get the stains clean (only to have return later) like other companies. He actually used his custom chemicals to remove every red stain and yellow stain we had in the house and then performed a deep clean after. The carpets literally look brand new! Also, the stains that he couldn’t get with chemicals, he stripped from the carpet and died it back to a perfect match (including a bleach stain we had -my fault lol.) I couldn’t be happier with the results. We found our carpet guy for sure! A new saved number in my contacts 🙌🏼

Joey did an awsome job on my carpet and stairs, had some heavy traffic and a few ugly stains.. he took them out no problem. He was very proffesional,got the job in a bout 2 hours 4 rooms a loft and the stairs. Waited a few days to leave a review and none of my stains came back.. Joey has great customer service. Love that! He was able to clean our carpet on short notice before the movers got there. He was able to get lots of dog hair out from previous owners.I was so thankful to have been referred to him by my realtor. She uses him often. I will too.

I had read a few reviews before making the call. Joey answered and was polite and professional. He gave me a quote over the phone and warned there could be a week to week and a half before he could get to us. Called him back to schedule, told him time of day wasnt a concern. He told me he could be here in 2 days if I was good with noon. Two days later he calls me at 1045 and says hey Im running ahead of schedule mind if I show up early? He did his job had to spend about double the time on one room and at the end he charged exactly what he quoted. Amazing customer interaction! Very professional awesome service!! Talked to the boss after the carpets dried and looks like we will be seeing Joey again in 6 months or so for a more regular carpet cleaning! 100% will be my suggestions for carpet cleaning in the reno area!

Had my carpets cleaned when I thought we would have to replace them to sell our home but they were perfect. Looked so good after getting them cleaned. Then a few months later had to get a couch cleaned due to a leak from my daughters lunch box again so great. Wonderful customer service and excellent results!!!! Would definitely recommend!

As you can imagine, having four teenagers and four dogs in my home my carpets were destroyed. After Joey came and cleaned them they looked brand new and smelled amazing!!! With other carpet cleaners there would be a musty stink afterwards, but whatever he uses on the carpet smells amazing, clean and fresh!!! Joey is very trustworthy with a high moral code, who I absolutely trust to be in my home.

The owner is a good man with amazing integrity!! He does an amazing, and thorough job!! He responds, and comes very soon after contacting him! He’s worked miracles on my white carpets with pets!!
