Our experience with most Registered Agents, is that they have no staff and no customer service. They are only interested in getting their fees and setting you up on a forget and bill, system. We needed to change our Registered agent for our C Corp, and after looking and reading a few reviews we chose Nevada Registered Agent LLC. Let me say that Wes, and his team went far and beyond what we were requesting. The answers to our questions and the additional information provided were more than worth the reasonable cost of their fees. I have received quality service and am very pleased with their pricing. They have been responsive and very helpful when needed.I used Nevada Registered Agent LLC as the registered agent to form my new LLC. I had some issues with the State filing process and needed to change information with Nevada Reg Agent. They responded quickly. I also needed a form to file with the Nevada Sec of State that only the registered agent could provide. They provided that quickly. Later, when I needed to change the name of my business, they were quick to respond to inquiries and update my business profile. My interactions with them on the phone were very friendly and professional.

We have had registered agents in other states (Nevada and Delaware) and Nevada Registered Agent, LLC is by far the most competent and least expensive of any other RA we have dealt with. I am in the process of forming another company where Nevada Registered Agent, LLC will be our RA. This will make four companies that they manage for us. I have gotten way more than my $49 worth. Ive made calls and sent emails and always gotten a timely response by phone or email. They walked me through filling out the registered agent paperwork of setting up an LLC with unflagging patience. Annually, they will now send me reminders of when to pay my yearly license fees. I just picked this company from online choices with no knowledge and can definitely recommend it to others.

Cost me additional money when registering LLC in Nevada - had to change / amend registered agent name as SOS Nevada wouldnt accept registered agent name. Not helpful in resolving issue.

Still have not received a follow up from Oktoberfest 2017. Never received an email when confirming I would like a refund for a canceled event. Now its been canceled again, they promised to reach each contact and provide a refund. I cant even get someone on the phone. Very sad since Ive used them so many times in the past

Terrible experience with this agent. After bad relationship with them, I ask them several times to cancel the service guy they still kept on charging me. Would not recommend them to anybody.
