Being a participant in Jefferys Leadership Training Program was extremely valuable for me. This course is fun and comfortable and has what I’d call “wise man” content.I got to understand my own style of communication, as well as the style communication of others. I attended Jeffs Breakthrough training and it was very educational for me in aiding to maximize my performance professionally and personally. From goal planning to recognizing different personality types and the team building exercises. Really helped me realize that a big factor in communicating with anyone is recognizing their personality type to communicate more effectively. This training was great. It was by far the most engaging and fun training Ive been through as a leader. Most of these types of courses or seminars are so terribly boring, this was anything but that.What got me was the connection, to the material and the others involved. It really help build on the tools i already possessed and help me see knew ways to approach issues or problems.

This guy knows how to engage and entice a group. This is the best leadership training I have had and I have had supervisor training at Home Depot, Karate training (teaching classes), and college classes in similar things and this guy is fantastic. If anyone was on the fence about going to one of these trainings, do yourself a favor and go. You will feel empowered, inspired, and more prepared for anything.

Breakthrough training was truly a wonderful learning experience for me. Its hard not having an attitude going into classes like this one, they teach you out of a book really dont focus on any key factors of truly becoming a leader. Breakthrough training is different... Jeff forces you to communicate and work with fellow class mates, he teaches a lesson through open discussion and makes us practice with hands on activities. If youre shy or talk to much, a leader already or a follower moving up in a company, or if youre someone who just needs guidelines to help you better communicate in youre personal life or at work, Breakthrough training is well worth it.

I found Jeffs course enlightening, fun, frustrating at times, and engaging at all times. Revelations were there for me and I am certain they will continue to present themselves. I gained perspective and appreciation of others – that aspect was eye-opening and helpful. I plan to use the new (and the dusted-off tools that have been on the shelf) more frequently and, hopefully, effectively.

Jeffrey’s leadership training is top tier. I learned more in my two day training session with him than I did in a whole semester of leadership and communication class in college.
