Jake does a great job, my hair has come out perfect both times Ive been so far. I like the layout with each barber in their own area.

Jake treated me great when I just needed a lineup on the beard since Im traveling and dont have my shaving peripherals.

I have been going to town barbers for over 5 years and mr. Tony does a great job cutting my hair.

Tony Rocks! Make sure to check out the rest of the gang. Appointment schedule makes it nice! No waiting! That being said, walk-ins are very limited. Cant walk in and expect to get a cut most the time. But hey you never know. I have been coming here for years and by far the best cut I have found in town.

Hair cut was not good for how he cut it and the price...he didnt use a strait edge raiser to edge me up in back or sides and he missed a spot in the back I dont got a problem paying 30 bucks for a cut if its good but this was a 8 dollar cut I got. Wont be back. Any other suggestion for barber in Reno would be great cuz this place sucks

Barber doesnt know what a fade is, and also cut a piece of what I asked not to cut.Also frustrating when they keep transferring phone call to a different barber and have to repeat myself.

Almost $40.00 for a beard and hair trim that I had to get fixed the next day. Will go somewhere else from now on or start doing it myself.

Theres 4 barbers in there and they told me no one can help me. Yet they had no customers. I was highly disappointed in the customer service.
