They were fantastic! We needed a storage facility ASAP during the evacuation from the Caldor fire. Geraldine at the front desk welcomed us with open arms. Our valuable stuff was safe and protected. The facility is immaculate! Sharon made the exit experience fantastic!! Great staff and a clean safe storage facility!

After my mothers death I was not only filled with grief, but valuable heirlooms. I called and not only was I given excellent service, an air quality controlled unit to my specifications, but a totally secure and clean area. I also noticed the lovely landscaping that day and the care the employees gave not only me, but the movers.I would never go anywhere else. Today Im moving my mothers things out of the state. The exiting process was just as excellent as the leaving. All the movers were treated with respect and there was no extra paperwork or surprises at the end. All the heirlooms were in such perfect condition.Thank you for making this transition one that Ill look back on with real support.

Everything was great with this storage unit except the wait time for using the moving carts. They need more moving carts as there is a wait time of 20 minutes or more when waiting for a moving cart. The customer service was good. The storage facility is brand new and climate controlled. We were offered 50% off for the first two months. That was great.

We signed up for a storage unit and had to cancel after only three days due to having to evacuate from a wildfire. Geraldine was very helpful and compassionate. Great service!!

This review is 9 days after my experience, as it took nearly a full week to get back home and set at my desktop. To begin, StorQuest Self Storage was the only single storage facility I had searched among a dozen others in Reno/Sparks area, that did not understate prices or services and that was a huge factor in my final decision to do business with them in just a blink of time. Easy to find and without even entering the office yet, I was pleased by the condition of their property that I could see. Walking inside, we were greeted in the most professional and courteous manner by Store Manager Sharon Kemp whos demeanor and smile was infectious and made me feel quite welcome. She was a marvel that would serve any business in a fashion that ultimately results in success. She was so efficient, knowledgeable and proficient, I actually thought to my self as she worked to get me into a unit that was exactly what I had described and needed, that I could not recall the last time I had been blessed to witness such positivity and a sense of actually being welcome and felt that my business was truly appreciated. It could not have been but ten to fifteen minutes from entering to viewing the storage space and was on my way to complete a two day move with a friend to help me. I am confident in saying that we will be doing business with StorQuest until no longer needed and as of this point, it is not going to be very soon. I never promote anything less than top marks in all aspects of my life, but StorQuest has nothing but the highest top marks from start to finish. If you are looking for new storage, maybe moving from some that have let their prices sky-rocket over time or any other reason,. check with StorQuest first and save yourself stress, frustration and most importantly, your time. Thank you again Sharon for everything you did for me when my life was at an extreme low. Personally, I think you could tell and you actually flipped that around and I am feeling better everyday and bordering on feeling great !!

Im really happy with my experience using Storquest at this location. I used them before in Phoenix, and was happy to see the facilities here in Reno are even nicer and cleaner. Geraldine was so helpful and kind! My brother and I were unloading a 16 truck in the July heat and she brought us out ice cold waters. I will continue to use Storquest whenever I need a storage unit, they are definitely worth it.

Honest evaluation... Im not crazy about large chain Storage Companies; they tend to have rules and fees and rate changes that benefit themselves much more than the customer.Having said that...my experience with Geraldine at Reno Maestro StorQuest was a very easy and pleasant experience; nothing like what I had with the national call center where the local number rolls over. I suggest rather than investing any time there, just wait until you can talk with the local office.My hope is that the barge will turn a bit and this experience will be better than past experiences.

I have used your storage facility for many months, in preparation for my move to Reno Nevada. I always found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful.I started with one 10 x 10 unit and eventually had to rent a second 10 x 10 unit. The representative, at that time, was able to put me in a second storage unit right next to my first one, very very helpful.As I am now mostly moved into my new home, I no longer have a need for both units. I spoke to the representative, at the site, and stated I needed to stop the rental on the second unit.Your representative, Geraldine, was very warm, friendly and helpful.She went over to check the unit and clean it out as soon as I finished my transaction with her. She is a great representative for your company.I will continue to rent one 10 x 10 unit for theforseeable future.Thank you for your help. Sat in front of the place across the street briefly around 840 pm after walking 4 miles already aand she came out and told me i have to leave and that i was basically an incovienence all though i had only been there for literally 5 min minding my business late at night causing no trouble and it was obviously not busy at all noting it was almost 9pm so clearly people who work at this establishment have wayyy to much time on there hands

I have had a unit here for about 10 years and have never had a problem. Staff has always been good but the staff right now are AMAZING! We met Geraldine a few years ago while I had my mom & grandma with me (they live in Hawaii)... she asks about them every time I see her and it just warms my heart to know she remembers them and is so thoughtful of her to ask about them. She is very kind and such an asset to your facility!I’ve also met Sharron and David, although I haven’t interacted with them as much, they are always friendly and helpful. I can’t believe I’m saying this (thought I’d never get things out of storage) I’m finally able to move my belongings out of storage but I will miss dealing with your wonderful staff. They are truly the exception these days. Keep up the great customer service and thank you for everything!

At this point in time Im very confused. On my receipt it says 50% for 2 months and then in parentheses it says for 5 months. I started Renting in May so my may bill was slightly higher June Bill was 50% off so only paid almost $60 which of course isnt bad at all I call them to pay my Julys Rent and it was $107 .

I had a great experience with Sharon who I talked to over the phone gave me some details set up an appointment showed us around gave us an explanation of how the locks work versus regular locks on a storage unit gave me the information for rental details how to understand the contract showed us around it was a very clean and nice face the building itself it was exactly how it was supposed to be it was a very warm and very safe atmosphere that she provided us very much appreciated the time she she gave me on the phone and in person and Ill be Im going to be I guess it would be happy having my stuff safe and locked up over there.

My experience has been excellent with the two ladies that work weekdays. They are very helpful and polite everytime I encounter them. WARNING: the weekend manager that lives on premise is confrontational and over bearing. I was reprimanded for my dog being off the leash. Many times I have been there and her dog is not leashed and runs around uncontrolled. . What a hypocrite. So she decided to limit my access to the unit from 6am to 10pm to 9am to 6pm so I wouldnt see that she lets her dogs run around freely. I am homeless and live in my car but do work.. So cutting the hours I am able to use to those hours almost makes the storage usless. Limiting me access after 6 is a joke. I work till 7pm most days by 9 I am already at work.. lucky my workdays variable so I can avoid the weekend ogre. And I suggest you do two. If you can just deal with the daytime ladies they are accomodating and just really nice folks. But for the on premise manager I would give this facility 5 stars but unfortunitly they get dinged a star for her vindictive cutting of my access hours all over having my dog on the premise when I see people do it all the time even her...

She is very through and informative when processing new customers.In todays climate its always nice to find people that pleasant and cordial, Geraldine is one of those great individuals.The units are clean as is the entire area.

Be better if you could get to your storage unit at any hour. Not everyone works 9 to 5. They close at 10 p.m.

Geraldine helped us when we stopped by Storquest. We wanted to get a storage unit for our extra supplies from our business and contacted Storquest because it was down the street from us. We came in half an hour before closing and was worried if we had enough time. Geraldine greeted us and took the time to show us 3 different units so we can choose what fits us best. She was very personable, very knowledgeable and seems to know the storage inside and out. We ended up going with the biggest one. She drove us around to check out the units on her cute goft cart. She helped us pick a lock, walked us through how to open the gate, explain about mail/ package deliver....All and all, it was great. The place was very clean and very organize. And Geraldine definitely made the experience stress free and fun.Highly recommended!
