Friendly service. Thankfully, the gate to the actual storage area is a pin you create so thats very convenient. From my experience, the front desk has always been very nice and helpful.

Horrible and judgy staff! The next time I needed storage I went out of the area for it because these people are so horrible! Their location was convenient but they were a mess!

Moving is ALWAYS a pain but the cheery professional service as well as neat as a pin facility helped make my least favorite activity in the world not just tolerable but welcoming and reassuring!KUDOS great staff and even yummy popcorn.🌽 Now if youll excuse me I have a wee bit more packing to do!

Great first impression. Reserved online sight unseen. Early Sunday AM (Mothers day) check in took seconds. Nothing against security cameras but I was immediately impressed by yet another actual person onsite moving around the property who was very helpful. The cleanliness of the 10 x 20 space also impressed me with floor and walls freshly painted. The space is slightly larger than advertised, very rare in 2018. I rarely give 5 stars and will update this accordingly if needed.

Reno Storage on Panther Dr. is an amazing facility. They have 24 hour access and it is fully fenced with a ton of security camera, over 40 I think that make sure all your safe belongings stay that way. If you want a reliable and honest storage facility give them a call and see what they can do for you.

Incredible facility. Clean, secure, and accessible any time. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and provides an excellent experience. With so many storage facilities in the Reno area this one stands out in service and professionalism. Wouldnt take my storage needs any where else in this city.

The location of the storage facility is a very Central and convenient one right off of the 395 it is always clean and there is a great security system in place at this establishment staff has been pleasant throughout every interaction I have had with them however even though its a 24-hour facility there is no power in any of the units hows the little man cave or hobby shop if you will. As pleasant as the staff is here there is 2 downsides that I have with this facility. The first one is that as pleasant as the staff appears to be they are extremely strict with their rules so if you think youre going to get away with anything of any sort other than storing your things here I wouldnt rent a facility or unit at this facilityhowever I have fallen behind on my payments once or twice since I have been storing my possessions here and other than the I think large late fee add-ons the staff stays in very close to munication with you prior to any set auction dates there maybe and does what they can to mediocre minimum to help you retain your unit should you fall behind

Stor All Storage in Reno is the best storage unit facility in Reno. They have the safest storage units, cleanest units, friendliest staff and competitive prices. There not the cheapest in town but they are the best. If you want your stuff taken care of and 24 hour access to it then stor all storage is your place. Im sold that their the best storage facility in the reno area!
