In answer to the review by TaLon Smith, notice that the customer stated that I asked him if he was aware of what time it was, It was 9:45 pm I was at home going to bed. Seven times I told him that I needed to see his seat to give an estimate, I want to be accurate when I give a price and that is why I want to see what I am working on, condition, style, changes, Why give a price if it is not right ?? This customer should be aware of business hours and not call at nearly 10:00 pm to get a price . I close at 5:30 pm.I do not give out cheap or misleading prices over the phone just to get someone into my shop and then tell them a higher price . I state that I want to see what I am to work on so I can give you THE price that I would charge . The customer who posted the negative review did not put all the facts in his review or his rude tone and demands for a price sight unseen .

Overpriced. Not very nice either. Got the job done at another shop for less than half what he quoted me. Based on his poor customer service alone however, I would have paid them triple!!!

Called during there extended hours.guy answered the phone and i asked about my seats and he said do you know what time it is and hung up. I never got work done here because of the poor customer service.
