I bought my 2003 diesel HD new and have been to several shops for service. This is by far the best shop Ive been to for 2 years now. Excellent techs, great service. Many thanks to Steve, Preston and Kitt for getting me in and out with my fuel problem since Ive had my truck, nobody else figured it out.

I am extremely unhappy with the shotty repair work and lies I have been told by the service department at Reno GMC Cadillac. I paid almost 1400$ to have my touch screen replaced and when I picked it up after the repairs there was a part off the dash sitting in the back seat. Also the reconditioned touchscreen/console that was replaced had buttons that did not work correctly. I notified the service department and they said the would replace the part they had just replaced because it was still under warranty. So I make another trip up to Reno, 75 miles one way for me. I ask if they will pay for my rental Car because of my troubles. The service guy i had being dealing with tells me no. I dropped the car off at 8:20am for a 3 hour job. Well after not hearing from anyone by 3:30pm I drive to the dealership parking lot to wait. I get a call at about 3:45pm, service scheduler (TJ) telling me that they had my dash torn apart and that they wouldnt be able to finish this today, and that I would have to come back tomorrow to get it. I asked again if they would cover my rental car, he said he would check on it but it would probably be no. I asked why they didnt finish the job he said that he didnt know. It sounded weird to not finish and since I was already there I walked in to look at the repairs on my car. TJ seemed surprised that I was there, I asked to see my car and he said he had to check on it. After being gone for 5 minutes he comes back and says they didnt work on my car at all today. TJ said he would make sure they would get to it first thing in the morning, He also now says he will call the rental car company and take care of my car rental. At this point I had very little trust in what he said, so I figured I would go to rental car company and make sure that I had my rental extended. The desk person at Enterprise told me that Reno Cadillac called and extended my rental for 2 more days, seemed weird for a 3 hour repair. The next morning at 8:45am I received a voicemail from TJ stating they replaced the touchscreen and faulty console and the buttons didnt work on this console either. They will get another touchscreen/console but they will need it another day. He must be psychic knowing the day before to rent me a car for 2 more days. Well after several phone calls with the service manager (Keith) the service department having my car for 7 more days. They said it was something else wrong deeper in the electronics, that they would get a cadillac engineer to come up from Sacramento after the holidays to look at it. Yeah right its February 4th and I have not heard from them. Do not have your cadillac repaired or serviced here. They are not trustworthy and will replace parts with defective ones. Full disclosure, they did end up paying for the rental car, but I am stuck with console that doesnt work properly.
