Jordan at Adaptive is beyond helpful. He went out of his way to talk us through mold concerns, both before and after the purchase, and before we actually hired him to come in for an inspection! The hours he spent explaining concerns and solutions, without charging anything extra, was really incredible. Extremely timely in his responses and very available, we will turn to him for any mold, radon, VOC, air inspections/testing. Very knowledgeable, he made all the difference in multiple tough decisions.

Very polite, professional, informative, and thorough. Samples were taken and tested on the spot with very advanced equipment, with more thorough lab analysis done and submitted in a report. Pictures and videos were taken, problem areas discussed, and all my questions were answered. I will be recommending this company to individuals that I know that have possible mold contamination, and want their dwellings inspected.

Don’t look anywhere else, these guys were awesome. I was in the middle of home renovations and found asbestos in ceiling texture. I decided to tackle the abatement task myself instead of paying 5,200$ and they helped all the way through from how to get rid of it properly, to air quality testing.

Jordan has an incredible eye for detail. He has good equipment, has a high level of expertise in his subject matter, acts professionally at all times, communicates well, provides detailed reports, and has the courage and confidence to call out a deficiency if he is asked to reinspect a remediation project. He is capable of handling all types of properties, from small homes to luxury residences (and commercial too). I would absolutely use him again as a real estate professional.

I am a Property Manager for an apartment complex and I had a resident that had a leak and called WC due to the leak that had already been fixed. We needed someone to come and test the popcorn ceiling for asbestos and we needed the results same day or we were going to have to put the resident up in a hotel room until we were able to get results back.
