We booked a Sunday night shuttle for midnight. Our flight arrived at 10:20pm and we waited exactly where we were told to wait by two separate people (along with another passenger who has used the shuttle services in the past) until 12:30am. The shuttle never arrived, didn’t pick us up, never called, and we had to take a Lyft to the hotel. I sent an email to the company to ask for a refund and got no response. Safe to say we were robbed for $100.

Very disappointed in this service. The shuttle arrived an hour and fifteen minutes late causing us to miss our flight and stay another night near the airport costing us money and time. As a transportation company, they should be prepared for events such as we had which was President’s Day holiday traffic and epic snow. The point of these types of companies is to take the stress of the traveler and they had the exact opposite effect. We also had to call them several times to get an ETA on our driver instead of them calling us to tell us where he was. When I called to make the arrangements I relied on the agents guidance to help us determine an appropriate pick up time. She had indicated that we would have plenty of time. Which clearly was not the case. In addition, the individual named Michelle that we spoke to when calling multiple times to determine where our driver was was very unsympathetic to the situation and made it sound like it was our fault. Our driver was nice and professional but was clearly rattled with the situation as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone. As mentioned, their job should be to take the stress out of travel and instead did nothing but create it. I would actually give them 0 star but was not given that option.

I had a great experience with the shuttle and am surprised by so many negative reviews. Both of my shuttles were on time. The drivers were very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, one of the drivers had to drive through a bad snow storm (icy roads and almost no visibility) and did a wonderful job. He was clearly experienced and knew what he was doing. The service was also much more affordable than taking an Uber. I would highly recommend this service to anyone flying into Reno!

I have now had 10+ amazing experiences were everything went smoothly and the drivers have been incredibly nice and kind.I previously posted a bad review since one time they showed up 35 minutes late and I missed my flight. But that was just one experience out of many good ones so Ive updated my review.

I had to give one star to write a review, but they deserve ZERO. Worst service ever. The concierge at my hotel booked the shuttle for me to get back to Reno Airport. The driver never showed up and after repeated calls to the dispatch I found out the driver was new and could not find the hotel and they were not coming. Had to take Lyft for $200. This company SUCKS.

The woman who answered the phone was awful. Lost them my business. Refused to try the credit card I gave and made fun of my name

I was happy to see the Van appear at the exact time to pick me up to go to Reno Airport. Never certain of services that are new to me, I was reassured by seeing he had my name and mobile phone number on an appointment sheet all ready for me to sign in. Had I not been there, he would have phoned to make sure of collecting me.

Actually the worst shuttle Ive ever been on. On the way from the airport, it was snowing so officials were requiring chains be put on two wheel drive vehicles. First the driver tried to trick the officials by saying the shuttle was four wheel drive, but they required him to put on chains. Once he made it through the two checkpoints, he immediately pulled over and took the chains off, claiming he knows when he needs chains. Then on the way back to the airport they were over an hour late, and some people on the shuttle missed their flight. Take an uber, its worth any extra expense.

I called around 7am on the 22nd to book a shuttle for 7:15-7:30 on the 23rd. I was told that I was past the 24 hour window and that I would have had to be on the 6:25am shuttle. The person I spoke with said there was no 6:25am shuttle scheduled so she couldnt help me. After asking everyone in town and finding out the only other option was a taxi for $140, I called back around 4pm that same day to see if there were any other options. That reservations agent told me there WAS a 6:25am shuttle scheduled for the following morning and he could add me to that shuttle. I couldnt believe that I had stressed all day trying to find an alternate way to the airport when the first agent I spoke to apparently just didnt have any idea there was a shuttle already scheduled that I could have easily been added to.You’d think that would be the end of it but…I went outside the morning of the 23rd at 6:15 am and awaited my shuttle. The shuttle never showed up and I began calling the phone number on my reservation to which no one answered. It wasnt until 6:55 am that I finally reached an agent (Kama?) and she told me that the shuttle had broke down. NO ONE even called to tell me this even though my phone number and contact information was provided to the driver and the company had full access to it. A taxi service was finally sent - Kama told me the driver would be there at 7:30 and the driver called at 7:30 to say hed be there close to 8am. My flight was at 10am and this was one of the most stressful situations I could have imagined being over an hour away from the airport. I called and left a voicemail earlier this week asking for the general manager to call me back and he never even bothered. I wish I could select NEVER for the Will you use our service again survey they sent out and I will make sure to let Wanderlust know via all forums, Facebook, Instagram, Google and any other platform I can find that this company should not be recommended. Please do yourself a favor and either share a cab, take an uber or rent a car to get to squaw valley from the airport, this shuttle will only make the situation more stressful.

I got to the airport on time in spite of the horrible traffic. My driver left an hour earlier to pick me up just in time. And she knew a detour route which avoided the traffic which would have made me late for my flight. I wish I had more of a tip to give her.
