Just want to say thank you to Jay Li and Leo Sanchez! They were extremely accommodating with our request to get our domain in with Highfives beta feature for recording video calls. There are still some bugs that need to be fixed, but that is expected with anything in beta. The best part of all this is that Jay and his team offered to monitor a very important training we ran through Highfive that needed to be recorded. To say the least, it worked without a glitch! We are very happy and overly satisfied with the level of service and support that Jay, Leo, and the team at Highfive provided. Cant wait to see the launch of more cool features like this one!

Unmatched in the industry. The features, GUI, and platform agnostic design make it a no brainer. Amazingly though the best part of the whole package is the support. I have never worked with a vendor who has been so dedicated and responsive to tweaking a product to our needs.

Consistently the most challenging part of our day. Highfives product is absolutely not ready for general market. Its success rate in our use case is about 10-15% and is so embarrassing that I cringe when I see we have a client call that requires the software. Even if we are able to join or begin our own calls--rarely--our clients can almost never join without being kicked off immediately. This is a bad product. So much is needed in terms of functionality--messaging, Canada and Mexico accessibility--but before they can address any of that they need to get the core product to work at least half the time.

Ive used a lot of video conferencing and Highfive, at present, is really great. Easy to use and connect. Responsive to customer inquiries and feedback.
