Efficient, good work, very reasonable

Our fence collapsed recently and we needed to remove four trees urgently to install the new fence. Gary came to give an estimate on a Sunday and his team was ready to start by Thursday. They finished quickly, with the trees going out on Thursday and the stumps coming out on Friday. The price was very reasonable and we had a great experience. Ive been using Gary for tree work since 2004 and he always does quality work.

They worked on the neighbors tree. Told me no worries not have to move anything. What a mess! My new patio set, umbrella, tablecloth, cushions and chairs are covered is debris. The left my gate open, never asked to open it so my dog could have escaped. They moved things and left them. My ladder was left in a precarious position, my things were moved and not put back.Final straw is when I called they said to wait a few weeks for the shavings to go away, so I cant use my patio for a few weeks? Then he hung up on me. Not very happy with this service. I used Firefighter Tree a few years ago, very nice, clean and courteous. This service today was a disservice. It will take hours to clean the damage not to mention the loss of use of my yard. It seems once they are paid they dont care about you.

Best tree service around. Most important they keep their word.
