I called the Corte Madera store and they said the Redwood City store is permanently closed. I have a jacket to exchange so now I have to drive to Corte Madera. My gut feeling the two remaining stores will also close.😕

SUCH amazing service!!!!!! After searching THREE other sporting goods stores for snow boots in my size and finding NOTHING, I called this location, frantic for a pair of boots. Greg helped advise my boot choice over the phone, set aside a bunch of pairs of boots, and helped my husband (who had to go in my stead to pick them up) choose the best boots for me. Ive now tried them on and Gregs advice was spot on! Perfect snow boots!!! Thank you Greg! And thank you Any Mountain Redwood City!

Prices and service were great,but we waited nearly two hours on a Saturday afternoon to get skis fit for my daughter? I guess thats the price of success. As long as you are aware of peak demand times, you will have a great experience

Ive been going to Any Mountain for 5 years, and this would be my last visit. The staff is great and super helpful. Yet the manager at the store (Greg?) really broke my heart for this once beloved store.Me: any chance we can pick up the ski on Sunday if we pay express fee?Greg: no. you dropped the ball for coming too late. needs to be MondayMe: would be possible if i come late Sunday, so i can buy more stuff while I pick up and use the coupon which expires on Sunday?Greg: no, youre just super late. why dont you just come on Sunday and Monday both days.Me: it is a 45 min drive.. would be great if you can help accommodate.Greg: so what? i drive 45 min to work every day.I still ordered the ski since the staff who helped us earlier was really great. But the conversation really hurts me as a long-time customer. Using words such as drop the ball, super late, so what, i drive 45min to work every day was completely unnecessary. Sigh.

Its a perfect place to get ski/board gear in the winter and bike gear in the summer. The staff is nice. Wide selection of brands and overall a nice store. Only downsides are the prices can be a bit high and during winter (when everybody is in the store getting geared up for the winter) the waits can get put to 45 minutes.

Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Some of the seasonal workers need a bit more training though.

Good selection of outdoor gear. Owned by Vail resorts, they do cater to snow sports with dedicated ski and board services. Customer service is great, everyone I have interacted with has been kind and knowledgeable about their products.

Large store for outdoor recreation. You can find anything here. Obviously depending what time of year you come will determine what kind of equipment you can buy. Winter for skies and snowboarding stuff. Spring summer and Autumn has hiking boots, kayaks, bikes, camping gear, etc. Prices are decent, but I wouldnt really know since I dont shop here often.

Great experience here. Walked in have my boots fitting and ski tuning, and they did it quickly in 1 hour without charging extra. Friendly staff.

Finding a great ski shop for service and repairs in the peninsula can be difficult - I called ahead and August and the crew in the service department were able to get me in same day to repair a core shot so I could ski Tahoe the next day. Repair looks great.Looked like they had a wide selection of rentals and I spotted some great deals on 15 (last yrs) skis!

Really impressed with the ski service team here. Dropped my board off with Max after getting an edge core shot and he completely fixed it up. Also went the extra mile and fixed some of the dinged up front of the board. Will be back again. Thanks Max!

I called the day before visiting the store and spoke to Josh on the phone for ~30-min. He patiently answered all my questions. I then met 2 floor employees, Gordon and Thomas, at the store the next day. They were both helpful to help me in selecting a junior board. Thomas even got me a killer price discount that I could not refuse. They were so cool to me and my kid. I wish every store has such great customer service experience!!! Thank you very much.

Zach & Justin in particular are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Prices compete with everywhere online so dont shop around, just head down!

Good place to buy second hand children ski equipment and trade it in as they grow up. Very busy during the last weekends of the year so try week day afternoons instead.

Bike shop guy was great. Helped with the tires and the tune-up was fantastic. Above and beyond.

Very professional staff and super helpful. Good service and price, I have been to the one in Concord and San Jose as well and definitely this location is the best in costumer service and inventory.

Bought a helmet, gloves and goggles here for my 2nd snowboarding trip. The sales guys are pretty cool (one of them is ok though). He took time to explain and recommend different products. Prices are good (comp w/ amazon). Will definitely go back.

I went to Any Mountain and its really hard to find great custmer service these days but everyone that help us had absolutely the best attiude and customer service. Thasnk you fir a great experience.
