What a pleasure to receive great service, like in the olden times! When people were treated like individual people, worth 5 minutes of their time, rather than a transaction. Ralphs is blocked by the street barriers, but they came to the corner to pick up and deliver my items! Great customer service!!

This place was amazing! My daughters learned how to sew with Teresa, and sewed their own bags, and stuff toys!

Ralph is knowledgeable about vacuums, helped me learn how mine worked, and even unjammed it for me! I wish more stores were like this one. They have so many cool vacuums and it’s awesome to be able to test one out before buying. Check them out!

Decided to start using my sewing machine during the pandemic and the sewing machine which I had for years failed. Took it to Ralphs and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. We appreciate local businesses like Ralphs are here to serve the community.

We wanted to support our local business and decided to order and IQ Air from Ralphs versus ordering online.With the wildfires, there has been a huge demand for air purifiers.Spencer spent a lot of effort and time following up with IQ Air to make sure that they were processing our order. It was outstanding customer service. We went there to fix Dyson vacuum cleaner today he removed all dust and now working fine. Also he didnt charge any on first visit this time.

In the middle of a pandemic, my 6-year old Miele S8 Kona vacuum cleaner decided it was a good time to malfunction. So I came to Ralphs today to have it checked. A guy named Skeeter helped me and diagnosed the problem very quickly by testing my vacuum cleaner with different Miele parts they had on hand. It turned out to be a malfunctioning hose. He first tried cleaning the electrical contacts of my hose but that didnt work. So he offered to just sell me a brand new hose. He had the exact part in stock and all in all I paid $198 for it (cheaper than online stores). He didnt charge for the diagnosis and repair attempt and even carried my vacuum cleaner to my car which was parked a block away. Great service! Im so grateful we have these guys local.

Ralphs Vacuum and Sewing is great! I took my sewing machine in this week and it works perfectly now. I was impressed at the friendly service. Next, I will take my vacuum in for repairs or, I will buy a used one from them. I trust them! This does not easily for me but, I am happy that I can trust them. Parking in the back is easy, that is good too. Ralphs rocks!

I love this place! The people are so friendly and helpful! I can always find sewing supplies I need there. They recently rearranged the entire store. There are many more cool sewing machines (and sergers) to try and buy! And they still have a great selection of sewing machines! Visit them!

Spencer and another man there were very courteous and helpful. We havent picked up the part yet, but Im sure its the right one, and in any case, I wanted to give them kudos for their great customer service and speed in placing the order and us getting it.

Bought a new Miele at Ralphs today - they were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Previously they serviced our in house vacuum and that went well. Seems like a good local business. Easy parking in the back.

Bought parts for my 25 year old Oreck vacuum. These people let me in early and were very nice. When I need a new vacuum I am going there, they are nice people. Lowest price is not what is always most important. Quality, like my 25 year old Oreck, is key for me.

I had a very bad experience it took a month to finish the repair and everytime I follow up which is every week they dnt know whats going on.I wont recommend them.

Got hung up on, when I pushed for answers on why I was charged for more on something that wasnt broken to begin with. Will never come here again.
