Lady there was sooo rude since the beginning. Very rude and asks too many questions about how many bags we are going to wash. And the clothes was still wet after putting $2 dollars in the drying. Definitely not going back.

Family Wash & Fold in Redwood City CA is the most dangerous place to be during this pandemic of COVID19. The owner / manger / family wash & fold site lady verbally abused Hispanic people and other customers by literally ordering the customers and staff to do work and laundry within 6 feet.Although they have posted hand-written signs that spelled out the CA and San Mateo County Health & Distancing Orders of 6 feet apart, but the owner / the manager / the family wash & fold site lady NOT only ordered customers to go to crowded areas of the laundromat so that she could verbally abuse people in public.One of the customers replied “your Family Wash & Fold signs said that the pandemic hours of operations are from 7am to 9pm, why are you ordering me, your customer, to go to a crowded area within 2 feet to do laundry? No, you can not do that to people due to the County & State Health Order!”

This is the best place for me and sons laundry. So amazing been coming this place. And as single mom they always help me out.Love this place ...👌👌

Family Wash is a very well kept and welcoming laundromat. They have many Washers/Dryers to use of all different sizes. There is personnel there to help you if you have questions, or a machine isnt working as intended. They are bilingual as well some speak Spanish and I think the others speak Chinese (not sure if Mandarin or Cantonese) Theyre machines get the job done very well so you rarely have to go for a second cycle or more time.

I drive out out my to this facility their machine to dispense quarters is down and the one person working doesnt take $20 Bills for exchange for quarters they only take $10 dollar Bills. What is this nonsense.

Best laundromat in Redwood City area. Plenty of machines, a change machine, carts to move your wet laundry to dryers and then to folding tables, well maintained (clean & working machines), friendly staff and customers.If you have a large load of laundry it will take you about an hour and fifteen minutes to do it all.Washing Machine: 30 minutes (set to heavy load, 3.50 per load or something like that)Dryer: 30 minutes Split between two dryers (25 cents per 6 minutes on high heat)Folding: 15 fifteens (using awesome space especially for folding!)Lack of bicycle parking & slightly uncomfortable seating have me leaving it a rating of 4 rather than 5 stars.

I would of had no problem giving this place a 4 star review...Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Different sized machines for all different sized loads. Fast washers and dryers.My ONLY issue was when I went to fold my clothes on their tables.... There were bugs. No, I dont know what kind. They were all over all the tables. Absolutely disgusted me and I will never be going back.Ended up folding my clothes at home.

I like this place as they have lots of washerd and dryers. Having said that Ive been disappointed the last several times Ive gone there. There are a lot of washers and dryers that are out of order. Some of the large washers have been out of order for months. Also a lot of the washers dont sling off your cloths enough so it takes longer to dry. This trip yesterday I had to move my clothes to another dryer as they werent dry after putting in 4 quarters. This has happened several times lately. And when you tell the attendentthey tell you you didnt put enough quarters.I will say they do keep the place clean all the time. If they could get the washers to sling off properly and get the dryers to work properly that would be great. Im going to give them one more try and if its still the same I will probably look for another laundromat.

Big place with lots of machines. No hot water? At a laundromat? Really?? For how long I do not know. 5.50 for a cold wash?? Thats a bit outrageous

The cheapist washing machine is $5 and it goes up to $9. Like at that point you might as well buy a whole set up at your own place.

If you dont know how to use it,they will help you out with no problem. Cheap and easy to use

Its open pretty late and is a great place to get a couple of loads in without clutter.

No hot water, and it can be a bit crowded, but There are plenty of machine, which actually work. Average prices. Offers a vending machine, Also, its close to places to get a bite to eat. Overall, a pretty clean place.

The rudest employees ever it was my first time washing there and they were giving me attitude since I walked through the door the machines are old and extremely dirty that was my first and last time going there the whole scenario was sketchy do not even waste your time go elsewhere I would give 0 stars if possible

I usually don’t give bad ratings but this place is horrible. The machines don’t work and when I said something the person in charge didn’t even care. I took my clothing back home wet, I refused to spend my money using a broken machine. Save yourself a headache, they won’t refund you the money.

Looks like a clean place but I turned around and walked out when I saw the prices. $5 for a small load or $7 and $9 for larger loads. Most expensive laundromat Ive seen.

It is a very clean place; there is help for the customer; the workers there are very friendly; the only bad thing is that they have not opened the bathroom and in emergencies you have to go out to look for other stores, it is wrong because if one comes to spend it would be logical to have a bathroom

I really recommend this place, it is always very clean, they have bottles with disinfectant that you can use, there are enough washing and drying machines, so even if there are many people there is always space to use 😉

Only the machine that changes bills for coins is fine, sometimes the money is swallowed. Then you go to ask the office and they tell you that they will call you later, they never do and if you want your money you will have to come back another day.

They close night so I can wash at the end of the day
