I requested a deep clean for my apartments move-out cleaning from White Glove two weeks ahead of time. Its a completely empty 2b1b apartment and Ive done one round of basic cleaning already (vacuuming, mopping, wiping the counter etc) before the cleaning crew arrived, but the overall result was disappointing to me.Mara sent two members of her team and they arrived promptly. I noted that I mainly needed help with cleaning the bathroom, the kitchen, and the windows, and the rest was not as important. Then I asked them to give an estimate how long it might take - one of the ladies said between 2-2.5 hours (the other one didnt really speak English). We left and came back in about 2 hours and only the bathroom was done and they said it may take another 1-1.5 hours. We didnt really have other options at this point so we just stayed in the empty apartment for the remaining part while we worked from our laptop. This might have sped things up a bit because I saw the ladies moving faster with us around. At 3 hours end they told Mara its finished and Mara called me to do a check. Im really glad we did that because I noticed a lot of stain remaining in the fridge drawers and the oven screen. I started wiping those with my own towels and the stain came off after some hard rubbing. The ladies saw that and did some more wiping too. It took another 15 minutes and then they left.The entire cleaning process took 3 hours, which is double of what I expected since I already did a basic round of cleaning myself. It would have been okay if the result was satisfying but unfortunately it wasnt. My observation is that the cleaning crew were going through the regular motions of a deep clean without really putting in the efforts to tackle the stubborn stains. So yes surfaces were washed and wiped but they were NOT clean. Im pretty disappointed and dont think Id use White Glove cleaning services again.

I needed to quickly schedule a deep clean for a single room in a home to get it ready for a new tenant. While on the phone I realized that they also do carpet cleaning. This was a great way to get everything done all at once. They were prompt and professional. Carpets looked great afterwards. Most of the time White Glove is excellent! My cleaning today with David Morales was not up to Whit Glove standards. I moved the chair in my bedroom after their cleaning and there was a dead spider behind it and dust. I was disappointed with the service this time.

White Gloves did a deep clean for which I ws very satisfied. They did everyting I asked and more (taking knives out of holder and cleaning them, removing a tough stain on cook top for example. There were three people for 4 hours for my 2 story house. They were efficient, no breaks, and very professional. I would highly reccomend. In fact, I will hire them for monthly cleaning. Best service I have had in a very long time.

To give a couple of examples, the cleaners even clean inside the microwave, and they clean the little ring of scum that forms at the base of our electric toothbrushes! Highly recommend.

Weve had White Glove help clean and maintain our 10,000 sq. ft home for almost 9 years. Although the team changes often, Mara sends 3 or 4 people at a time with a team leader who is able to communicate. They are very trustworthy and professional (appreciate their wearing masks and gloves during Covid) and the house always feels and smells clean when they leave. I would highly recommend them.

They did good job for moving cleaning. But the estimate $ is $55/hour. The job is well done but it took 4 hours for 2 people to finished. The invoice shows $55/hour/person. So the hourly $ should be $110.

Truly amazing! The appliances and bathroom items had not been cleaned in the two years someone inhabited the dwelling, and in one day, White Glove workers had it completely beautiful. I really didnt think they could do as nice a job as they did! Bravo.

Today I was finally home when the cleaners came. I was SHOCKED to see them using Bona on my wood floors. I specifically asked for that NEVER to be the case. It ruins my warranty and destroys the finish. Now I worry that this has been going on for months while Ive not been here. Secondly, this is feeling more like the cleaning equivalent to the mow and blow yard work people than a detailed clean which is why I hired your firm in the first place. There is dog hair on the baseboard on the stairs and not one thing was moved on the coffee table indicating to me that it either wasnt cleaned or they cleaned around the stuff. This is NOT my expectation.
