I love going to Natalies Salon. Everyone is always so kind and they do the best gel mani/pedis. My nails are always still healthy and happy after many gel sessions.

The absolute WORST salon experience of my life. Chloe absolutely butchered and destroyed my hair. She was in such a rush, just slapping bleach into my hair and dropping it all over my sweater.... she was so ROUGH she yanked one of my earrings out.... she literally just put a garbage bag over me for protection and used cold water to wash my hair. I asked for highlights and they turned out so awful. She tried to fix it with some weird ombré thing and then had the audacity to try and charge me $380. I shouldn’t have paid a single cent. My hair is COMPLETELY RUINED. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR HAIR. Wish I could add pictures to this... absolutely horrible

Natalies is consistently good in their treatments with friendly, fast staff. They always fit me in and charge very reasonably. Salon is large, clean and nicely decorated. Love chatting it up with the ladies while theyre doing a lovely job on my nails. Will keep going back!

Great place. Ladies did an excellent job. Love how nice they polished both hands and feet. Mani and pedicure was not rushed but was done in a an hour. Ladies were very nice.

One of the best nails spots in Redwood City and closest area! If you’re looking for the recommendation for the good manicurist - Bo is my favorite! She really pays attention to the detail and is very professional! I’m always the happiest after her taking care of either my feet or hands. So quick summary: Bo 5/5, Natalie’s Salon 4/5.

By far my favorite place for manicures. Every now and then Ill want to treat myself to a manicure and Ive tried a few places around this area but when I found Natalies this has become my go to spot.Anytime I call for an appointment, or sometimes Ill even walk in, they always have a spot for me. Im not sure what makes this place different but in the past when Ive gotten my nails done it might last 1-2 weeks if its regular polish or 2-2.5 weeks for gel; since Ive gone to Natalies I can go 3 weeks easy with gel and my polish hasnt even started to flake off.Tip: They prefer tip in cash so come with some money set aside.

The staff is always smiling and has amazing energy every time. You will not be disappointed having your hair done here!

I got the best layered cut for my very very long hair!!

I got a blow dry and a manicure . The blow dry looked amazing, my hair was just the way I wanted it . The only thing was that the girl that did my hair asked me if I wnated to use a curling iron for my ends and I said yes, but she didnt mention the fact it was a 10$ extra which I found out when I had to pay in the end . It was a little annying . Most places uselly let u know when they offer an extra service . My manicure was not so great ... it was good but not amazing . The price point for the manicure was good so I might go back and try a differnt nail technician .

Omg, first time coming here. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. I finally found my salon. Amazing not over price. They did what I asked, made sure I was doing fine offered me water literly treated me very well and relaxed. Linda was my lady that was doing my nails, she did such an amazing job made me feel very special. Finally found my salon! Whooo!!!

Super friendly and incredibly efficient! Was in and out in under an hour with a spa pedicure and gel manicure. If you can handle the overstimulation of both occurring at once, youll love this place. Im very picky as to the exacting nature of polish application and I was very pleased overall.

Awful experience, just all this places on broadway are rude, effortless and not worth it the try. You have to make sure when you walk in let them know you need a experience person. Otherwise they will give you the less experience person, and they’re rude. My mom had ingrow nails and they say you have to make special appointment to do that. Otherwise if you just say it when u walk in, they will throw the responsibility from one to one and make gestures and faces like they can do it, but they just want the customer offer more money. These ladies always trying to ripping you off. Get other places.

I enjoy the service at Natalies. Ill pop back and forth between Belle (across the street) and Natalies and I am always pleased with the detail the nail technicians put into my nails at natalies.

My pedicure and manicure last only for 2 day and it’s so expensive. Not good

Many cure was gel overlay and lasted only two days I went back to tell them it peeled off of my nails within two days and they said they would charge only color change why charge at all the manicure lasted two days only I paid 35.00 with tip and still have to pay another 20.00 to fix a bad job you did ? No I wont be back its a rip off I dont recommend this place
