Awesome coaches, professional and responsive staff. Super clean equipment and well maintained. Really motivates me to keep going back every week!

I like this gym because it’s small and no cocky people here. Staff is polite and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. No traffic. There is always parking available. Also a couple decent small restaurants available…enjoy 😎. I wish they had a spot outside to park and lock bikes.

First time trying a group class and this place did not disappoint! I felt comfortable from the start, Stephanie and Rahsaan welcomed me, and the workout was amazing. I definitely felt motivated throughout, and look forward to more workouts

Their amazing personal trainer who operates in this place is just excellent!! I highly recommend her outstanding services. She motivates me to push myself to achieve my fitness goals, is very passionate about seeing her clients reach higher heights in their fitness journey. I strongly recommend her and this will always be my go to place.

They wont cancel my membership over the phone or email.I have moved and cant be there in person to cancel the membership.So they just keep charging me every month.With this experience I cant recommend them.

Perfect for me. Conveniently located, always parking, and often isnt crowded when I go. Has machines and free weights, and trainers with flexible schedules. No showers, but I am close to home, so no issue. Owner cares, and will talk to members with questions or issues. I have been known to tell her to go home when she stays too late!

Clean. Nice equipment. I am not a good evaluator of fitness centers as I have only been to a few in my life.

Clean small facility. It was on the Silver Sneakers website. Would have joined but uninformed front desk staff. He wanted me to call my medical insurance for a letter that it was OK to join. I belong to Medicare and have Silver Sneakers through my secondary insurance. Ive only provided my Silver Sneakers card when I have joined 3 other facilities (one near my house, one near my in laws house, and the last near a friend I visit frequently).

The location hours are posted but you would find it nearly impossible to find a person inside during those hours. If you do not have a membership you probably wont be able to get one with the way their hours work.

Clean and friendly staff but very small, not a wide selection of machinery and pretty cramped. We came here to test it out and will be staying with our 24 hour membership instead.
