I used Homesmiles in December 2020. I always do yearly home maintenance for different services. This means calling different businesses, scheduling them and getting the services done one by one. I found out about HomeSmiles and instantly liked their packages for Interior and exterior services. They were easy to schedule, gave timely reminder and very friendly/informed staff. The part I likes the most apart from the fact that they have packaged the maintenance services conveniently and are reasonably priced was that there was no up-selling for anything. They did their services, cleaned up after them and left. It was a wonderful experience. I used them for both Interior and exterior services, the only extra I paid was for the dead security alarms which I requested them to replace. I called them back for some extra power wash. I am now one of their yearly customers for sure. Wonderful experience and very knowledgeable staff. I strongly recommend them for anybody who is looking for home maintenance.

We hired Home Smiles to pressure wash our entire roof.The representatives were very professional, on time, thorough, polite, and provided quality work. They even cleaned up and washed the external windows following pressure washing the roof. They swept and washed all debris from the ground and took pride in their work. As a new home owner, Homesmiles was the perfect service for me! I booked with them on their website and quickly got a call to confirm the time & place. The Homesmiles team arrived promptly on time and were very professional. Not only did they do all the yearly chores I didnt even know to think about, they also informed me that I didnt have any carbon monoxide sensors in my home and were able to sell and install some for me right then and there.I will defiantly be using Homesmiles again next year!

I found HomeSmiles on line when browsing the internet looking for the local building washing company. We were finishing 2 million sf project and were getting ready to wash 4 concrete buildings, 10 story each, with more than 5,000 windows, curtain walls and storefronts.Of course, I was looking for the company with good experience and great reviews. After a few days of very intense research, Ive decided to give HomeSmiles, among 4 other bidders, a chance to bid the job. After my meeting with Mr. John Gerber I was feeling very good about my choice as I was impressed with the professionalism shown, questions asked and attention to the details.After almost 2 weeks of meetings, interviews and bid reviews, Ive decided to award the job to HomeSmiles, even 4 other bidders were much more experienced and bigger companies.Because of not working with HomeSmiles ever before, I didnt have a choice then to offer the conditional contract based on job quality and performance on first building which was unarguably accepted by HomeSmiles. Maybe half way into first building I made up my mind to extend the contract for the rest of the buildings.Not only me but our whole management team, and most importantly the owner, were impressed and pleased with the great job theyre doing. Using DI water made a huge difference and turned the building into a real beauties.I could go on and on but at the end Ill just say that, besides these 4 buildings, we trusted HomeSmiles to wash 3 story underground parking garage, another 5 story building with the arcades and 120 tall tower, and all the concrete surfaces built over 35 acres big area.I would say that long lasting relationships in construction are built on respect, trust, appreciation and job well done so I dont see any reason why this one wouldnt qualify.Great job HomeSmiles and see you on the next one.Ivan AtanackovicVance Brown BuildersPalo Alto, CA

The van was new and clean, the guys were professional and polite, and the service was spot-on; HomeSmiles completed the items (on my house) that I know needs to be done for good maintenance - but is frankly timing time consuming to coordinate piece by piece.
