Gifted this to my boyfriend for our anniversary & while at the shop, Premier Detail damaged the exterior of his car: they hit the left front bumper - left HUGE scrapes, which removed a lot of paint, broke the front light & then rudely denied it. The shop apparently had pushed out the dent, polished the huge scrapes & claimed it was there beforehand. My boyfriend has pictures of the car beforehand with NO damage.Let alone, Premier Detail did a terrible job on the inside - leaving white cream residue EVERYWHERE & a huge scratch on the back seat. My boyfriends car is in WORSE condition after their detail than before. How can they be okay with this?!?! Its NO way to run a business!!!My boyfriend called his insurance company who inspected the car & they are the ones who informed him the bumper had been hit/indented & the shop pushed it out - they can tell by the crease line & other indicators. My boyfriend now has the hassle of going through his insurance, paying a deductible to get his car repaired at an auto body shop - repaired back to its condition BEFORE taking it to Premier Detail.My boyfriend took a bunch of pictures which I can forward, including one which shows that he found an open bottle of beer on the ground right next to his car at this shop when he went to pick up the car.Groupon should not have this place listed - they are THE WORST! I didnt gift this Groupon to him as an anniversary present for his car to be damaged & for this to cost him a lot in repairs! This is the worst gift experience. Groupon needs to refund this – Premier Detail did not provide a service - it was a serious damaging DIS-SERVICE.

I was expecting for surprise after giving the car for full detailing (value of $290). After 3 hrs of service what I got was just a normal car-wash/vacuum without giving attention to detail. I wished I didnt waste my money on them. So beware I dont recommend them for car detailing at all.

I purchased a groupon for a detail and called to schedule the appointment. The didnt have any appointments available for a month and a half. I booked the appointment and was told that the appointment would take about two hours. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take about 3 1/2. I was frustrated but what could I do. I proceeded and didnt complain. When I returned in 4 hours my car was still not finished. A half hour later they finally finished. When I went to get in the car I see they didnt shampoo the carpets as the groupon stated but instead washed the plastic mats over the carpet. At this point I was very frustrated. I went in to complain. I was told they would go ahead and shampoo the mats but that the carpets were not part of the groupon. I reviewed the groupon and he was correct it did say mats. However as I explained to him I can was plastic mats myself they should have cleaned the carpet mats not the plastic or asked which I wanted cleaned. I can not shampoo the carpets myself. And the groupon said shampoo mats not wipe them. I also was frustrated because I would have paid the extra for the carpets had I known they werent going to do them. And what ended up taking 5 hours of they didnt even shampoo the carpets. In addition to that they damaged the inside of my door. My appointment was at 12pm I didnt leave there until 4:50pm and because of there delay I ended up late to pick up my kids from daycare which cost me an additional $50. When I arrived I my destination I found spots all down the sides of my car. The did not clean the water from the mirrors so when I started driving all the water came out all over the car. Extremely disappointed I drive 45 mins to get here and not only was it a poor job but also took way to long, and I ended up paying more than I would have if I would have at a local car wash and would have saved time and probably got a better quality of work.

Terrible beginning to end. Not even worth my time much less the cost.
