I been in this place twice to make money order and cash out my work check, both times they been very rude with me, and unprofessional, I called their corporate office a representative transferee my call to another department no one answered the phone. I personally not recommend this place to you all and I will let my family and friends know about their bad customer service.

I had a problem this month with my payroll check. It was short.because my daughter is ill .and I have been missing time at work .because my daughter is has brain cancer .And I told them the reason. So the manger call her head office and go a approval.to hold the check until the the 3 Rd of the next month .so I decided to go on line check my my bank account .they are liers .and the rudest people I have ever done business with . The one lady gets on the phone yells at people.you never no who will be there. I am let you all know that I think this people need attention to there

This was a one off urgent request for cash since I started my Sacramento/San Francisco/Sacramento daily commute this month and they were very pleasant and efficient with their service.
