Slowest service ever in a car rental place! Wait for more than 45 minutes! The thing is! When we arrived, there is only one person before us. And she was being helped already. But we still waited almost an hour to get our car ready. And for the curbside pickup, someone will write everything in a paper! And they will come back and forth to put everything in their computer. And they even asked our insurance company. Never had this kind of this experience in any other car rental place. Will definitely not come again.

It was an enterprise local lot, and they didnt have car i requested and check out took forever despite being an emerald club member...

Conveniently located along a main road with friendly staff who were able to assist me quickly on the day.

Had great experience for years until today (9.2) they are closed but I got no alerts etc.Had chatted with their employees and it is not entirely their fault. I hope this is the only time it happened.

This is Enterprise car rental. They also entertain National and Alamo clients. Staff is friendly. However, they dont have a large selection of vehicles.
