Let me start with the problems with the studio and management:- The management are basically slum lords. They actually threatened not to give us our deposit back unless I took down my original review. Now that we have moved to the superior Secret Studios, I am reposting my feelings. The management does nothing to serve the tenants of this place. They raised our rent 38% in one year with only one months notice, which is criminal and unforgivable.- The bathrooms are always disgusting. You may be lucky enough to find some toilet paper, but often the toilets are broken and there is never soap.- The rooms are tiny and they get VERY hot, especially in the summer. Expect to be sweating buckets if you want to practice here for more than an hour. Theres no central air, nor windows, etc.- The location is near the ballpark, which makes parking and traffic a nightmare.- If you plan to be moving gear in and out often, be prepared for stairs. At 3am after a gig, they are a real pain.- The rooms are noisy, as sound from other bands will bleed in constantly. Forget about trying to record anything here.In summary, avoid this place if at all possible. I know our options are limited in this city, but out of the three studio spaces Ive tried, this one is the worst.

Very expensive for rehearsal studios and the rooms were pretty dirty. My band checked them out since they were close to us but decided to go elsewhere. The guy told us they smoke weed in the rooms so not kid friendly and just very dark and dingy and very expensive hopefully they clean up the place and lower the price on their rooms, it would have been a nice place with a little efforr by the staff but i think the guy had another job had to schedule a veiwing around his schedule and the owners of the place live like 60 miles away i doubt the owners are even aware of whats going on. Also they did not want bands to share the room with other bands, something a lot of bands do to make it affordable. All and all i would not recomend this place to anyone unless your wealthy(most musicians arent) and want that dirty filthy feel to grind out your inspiration.

The food is very good, the service too. But it is a small place. There is not much parking.
