Perhaps my expectations have been lowered through previous poor auto service experiences, but I was very happy with todays experience. Rikhi communicated well, offered a fair price, and completed my service in a very reasonable amount of time. He also offered advice on future needs but not in an overly-upselling way - more as a trusted advisor. All this has earned him a future return customer.
