The Termite King has provided termite control service to our HOA for several years. They have always been proactive in ensuring we get the inspection and treatment we need on-time. They were out today for our own unit to do some spot treatment. On-time and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Between Tony and Wayne, everything we could have asked for was taken care of. The job was to tent the house and sprayed for termites. Im a General Contractor and used them for my primary residence. They were not the least expensive, within a very small margin, but when Tony came by to give me an estimate, he answered all my questions about the job and his company. I was immediately comfortable with him and what he said. Wayne took care of the scheduling and legal matters, gave us the timeline, adjusted things to meet our schedule and, again, made us comfortable with giving them the business. They also accommodated our needs to access the attic for spraying. Would not hesitate to recommend them as you can tell they actually care about your home.

Made an apointment with all my businesses in Burbank. Apartment complexes and houses. Lots of business for you guys and money. You called monday and set apointment for tuesday for inspection. Today, tues you called and cancelled right when I arranged for several tenants to be home.Do you have any idea how disruptive this is??????I cannot run a business dealing with unprofessionals like this. All this co ordination to just cancell Right at time of apointment. 0 stars. We had used u guys 10 years ago and you dont even have a record or didnt care we were return customer. You just lost our repeat business and money and respect in Burbank community forever.
