Unfortunately they did not successfully complete a deep clean within my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. 2 people, 4 hours, $300. I was think this company can do a great standard clean, but would hesitate you to book deep clean and expect everything to be done.

The cleaners were timely, but unfortunately the quality was not as expected. I purchased this service for my dad who just had heart surgery, as he is unable to clean much at the moment. There was still dust all over the apartment (very visible, not sure how they missed it) and the areas he asked them to focus on were not done thoroughly (food still on the kitchen floor). Im quite sad about the results.

Very professional, reliable and polite. I particularly like that they took early COVID precautions, including masks, gloves and shoe covers. They have been great about accommodating my schedule, and they work thoroughly and quickly with their team. I’ve been their client for 18 months or so, and I definitely recommend them.

We just used VIP last week and theyre amazing. I was getting our house in Redondo Beach ready to rent out. Our previous tenant left the house with a REALLY gross situation. Alex came to check the place first and gave me a free estimate & on the day of cleaning, alex and his crew knew exactly what had to be done. His team thoroughly cleaned all the windows, removed all the mold from the bathrooms and did a magical job in the kitchen area. I would totally recommend VIP Maids & definitely will hire them again.
