I recently took my iPhone 12 Pro here for screen repair. I was in their shop for about 8 mins (yes 8) and I walked out with a perfectly functional and working phone. The knowledge and attention to detail was exceptional, but more importantly was their honesty. The phone wasn’t even damage. It was my glass screen cover that was damaged, but I was in such a rush to get it fixed I didn’t notice. The person behind the counter delicately removed the cover and asked if I wanted a new cover no charge. What a great experience and really felt the need to give them a outstanding review. I will be sure to use them in the future.

What stands out about Custom IPhone and Repairs is the honor and integrity in each business transaction. The repairs for each of my family members iphones have been impeccable. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend this store. I always leave here feeling positive and confident when I return home with or familys newly repaired iphones He has been very fastidious with each of our transactions. I took a failing iPad here 3 or 4 times. The gentleman behind the counter would take it, test it, and tell me what he found. The first time he couldnt recreate the issue, and told me dont worry about payment. When I brought it back, he tried held onto it for several days, and discovered through testing that it was an issue that wouldnt be worth the money to fix. I tried my best to pay him for his time and effort, but it wasnt having any of it. At this point I would trust any diagnosis he gave, as hes shown his honesty.

Just went there thinking that my phone required a new charging port. They looked over the phone and said it was fine and did not need a fix - refused payment even for their time. Just good, honest, professional folks!

I contacted best buy and device land neither one had appointments for 2 weeks, if they did had any appointments it would have taken 3hrs. I went to Custom iPhone and Repairs and they were available immediately and did the repair while I waited. The whole thing took maybe 5mins. And I felt the price was honestly too reasonable.

Called the business, and asked about a boot loop issue with my IPhone X. I couldn’t find the fix for it and I even tried some of those online fix applications. Nothing worked, I brought it here and he was able to fix it in a day! Shame I didn’t get the owners name but he was such a great help. The price was great too. I’m definitely coming back here if I have more issues! Thanks again for all the help brother !

I have come to this shop several times, and have been impressed with the service, skill and value every time. Screen replacement, internal repairs, these guys know what they are doing and get the work done quickly. The only time I had an issue (out of 6-7 visits) was when a new iphone screen came slightly loose in one corner. I stopped in and showed them the issue and they immediately took care of it, no questions. They didnt even ask for a receipt. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Ill never go anywhere else.

I came here with a messed up iPhone 7 that was fine except I COULDNT HEAR ANYBODY AND THEY COULDNT HEAR ME during calls. After going to Apple and being told I needed to upgrade or pay $300+for another iPhone 7, i was like hell naw. Went to have my screen replaced close to closing time & asked the gentleman if it could be done today & he replied to give him about 15 minutes & it will be done, which would take him to the time of shutting down the store. The Technician was polite & professional & got it done before 15 minutes was over. This place was recommended by a friend & I would also recommend Custom IPhones & Repairs.
